| 2 | Dismantling carefully the damaged portion of the existing Acid Resistant / Fire Proof /Insulation/Carbon bricks including cast Castables of all thickness without disturbing the unaffected lining works, from tanks , vessels, furnaces, ducts, driers, Converters etc. of all shapes & sizes, neatly dressing and stacking the serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of the unserviceable dismantled items at low lying areas / places pointed out with in the factory premises. |
| 3 | Dismantling carefully the damaged portion of the existing Acid Resistant Tiles including cast Castables of all thickness without disturbing the unaffected lining works from tanks , vessels, ducts, etc. of all shapes & sizes, neatly dressing and stacking the serviceable bricks for reuse and disposal of the unserviceable dismantled items at low lying areas / places pointed out with in the factory premises. |
| 4 | Fresh lining / repairing the lining using Acid ResistantTiles of all thickness upto and including 40mm / Castables to the required thickness with suitable mortar upto a height of 5M from the ground levelfor floors, walls, shells inside of tanks, vessels, ducts, etc. of all shapes and sizes including transporting of all the required materials from Udyogamandal General Stores/Civil Maintenance Office stores/Plant Stock Yards to the work site, preparation of the required mortar/castables as directed, carrying out the necessary scaffoldings(both inside and outside the equipments), providing and removing necessary form work in the case of castables, arch/ straight supports in the case of tiles etc. (lining materials will be issued free of cost). |

| 8 | Collecting waste materials, debris, spoil earth and any other unwanted materials from all floors of buildings, drums, pits etc. and heaping within a distance of 100M as directed for measurement and dumping it in the low lying areas uptoa distance of 5KM as directed at site. |
