Providing and fixing Granite tiles (above 0.1 Sqm. & upto 0.40 Sqm.) in floors, treads or steps and landing on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar (1:1) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing of 0.50 mm thick G.C.I. Sheet in roof drilling hole in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys wind ties etc. excluding cost of fittings but including cost of sheet.

Supply fitting and fixing of M.S structure works including welding machine and electro may be required with cost of material ,labureT&P etc complete.
