Architectural Consultancy for Preparing Conceptual Project Report (CPR) and Detailed Project Report (DPR) including Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Investigation (SBC) testing & RCC/Steel earthe quake resistant Structural Design, Drawing for civil, plumbing, sanitary, electric, HVAC work,Installation of vehicle testing equipment etc and Making of 3D Model (seperately for each site) of approximate size of the model is 20 Sqft\" as per scale covered with toughened glass 10 mm thick and suppported on 2.5 feet height table of appropriate size for the model Model should show all blocks which are under planning existing structure in planning, landscaping parking lawn planters, footpath, roads, boundary wall, tress, cars, figures and all surroundings complete layout plan as per direction of engineer in charge. Material may be used in making of model are HP sheets, MDF, Card Sheets, acrlic sheet, Ducco paint and other provisions including lighting. The work shall be carried out under the supervision and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge for proposed construction of Construction of Four Lane Automated Testing Station, Jaipur,Jodhpur & Ajmer for Transport and Road Safety Department,Govt. of Rajasthan (Estimated cost of project is Rs.3000.00 lacs.) Note :Consolidated fee (in amount) for complete Architectural consultancy as per scop of work (irrespective of final cost of project) should be quoted. The rates quoted should be inclusive of all Taxes, Duty Levies, and Surcharges VAT, GST etc.1. The financial evaluation shall be based on the above Financial Proposal.2.No escalation on any account will be payable on the above amounts3.All othe charges not shown here and all insurance premiums etc. are considered included in the rate4.All payments shall be made in Indian Rupess and shall be subject to applicable Indian laws withholding taxes if any.
