CO2 Flooding System for ZPTS skid: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of automatic CO2 Flooding System for ZPTS skid comprising of Seamless cylindersof 22.5 Kg Capacity filled with CO2 gas (CCOE Approved) with safety burst disc,a safety cap dicharge valves,manifold, discharge hose, interconnection pipe, System cabinet/enclosure to prevent from rain/sunlight, low weight sensing mechanism and 24VDC electrically operated solenoid coil arrangement to release the Co2 gas. All the electrical devices, associate fittings and junction box etc. in and around process units should be suitable for Zone-1 Area classification and shall have valid PESO certifcation. Required CO2 Cylinders stand frame and enclosure for CO2 system and supply of mandatory spare list as per tender document shall also included in bidder\"s scope.The Contractor has to furnish flow calculations through nozzles and submit all the drawings, documents for approval. Detailed bidder\"s scope mentioned in SCC & SOW of tender document.
