GSB 15 cm thick (compacted) with stone aggregate conforming to grading No 1 as per Tables : 400-1 of MORT&H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) including supply of material, watering and including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base on a well prepared subgrade and compactingwith power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete in all respect as specified in particular specifications andas directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, Laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate grading as per table No 400-13 and satisfying the physical requirement as per Table No.400-12 of MORT&H Specifications for Wet Mix Macadam of 75 mm Compacted thickness (in two layers) including premixing the material with water to OMC in mechanical mix (pug mill) laying in uniform layers in sub base/base course on a well prepared base and compactingwith power vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including grading conforming to Clause 406 of MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) as specified in ParticularSpecifications and notes of Sch ‘A’and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing sand blanketing to a depth of 25 mm spraying water, compacting with power roller all complete to achieve the desired density including grading conforming MORT&H Specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing laying & compaction of 50 mm thick DBM layer, precoated stone aggregate physical requirement/grading/mix composition requirement as per Table -500-8/9/10 respectively of MORT&H specifications for road and bridge works with 4.50% asphalt VG-10 viscosity grade as per MORT&H (5th Revision) data book and rolled to the required specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in- Charge.

Providing, laying & compaction of Bituminous Concrete 30 mm compacted thickness on bituminous carpet layer conforming to Table : 500-17 and mix satisfying the physical requirement of table: 500-16 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specifications mixedwith 5.4% binder asphalt VG-10 viscosity grade by weight of total mix and 2% cement by weight of mix (for filler) all as specified as per MORT&Hdata book and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Applying of Prime Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base (WMM) including clearing of road surface and spraying primer @ 7.5 Kg per 10 sqm by mechanical means conforming to clause 502 of MORT & H specifications for Road and Bridge Works (5th Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Applying of Tack Coat with bitumen VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor @ 2.5 kg/10 sqm on prepared bituminous/granular (DBM) surface cleaned with mechanical broom, all complete as clause 503 of MORT&H (5th Revision) specifications as specified in ParticularSpecifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthwork in embankment/Shoulders/ Berm filling with earth free from roots spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm including watering and fishing to required slope & level not exceeding 1.5m high above the base in ordinary soil in hill roads where cut & fill method is adopted clause 408 of MORT&H specifications (5th Revision) as specified in Particular Specifications and notes of Sch ‘A’ and as directed and approved by Engineer-in-Charge.
