    Tender For Repairing And Renovation Of Mist House At Icar Ccri, Nagpur - Length :15 M, Width: 10 M, Height 5 M); 1 Repairing/Renovation of Mist House 2 Dismantling of roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 meters lead (4650 sqft) 3 Modification/ repair of structure with 2mm thick ISI standard hot dip GI HSH/ HRS following section, 50x25mm, 32x32mm for fixing of SS mesh 4 Repair/ replacement of door fittings, minor repair of structure(4 Nos.) 5 Painting: Painting of old steel structure with aluminium paint(Reputed brand, and dual coating) 6 Roof, side & partition wall Covering: With UV stabilized 8mm multi wall polycarbonate sheet with the help of screws or nut bolts at appropriate spacing to withstand the wind force and natural climatic variation. (Approx 540 sqm) 7 Replacement of cooling system of both chambers with 100 mm thick cooling pads, water circulation system, axial fans 1000 mm (2set) 8 Replacement of electric fitting ISI mark and copper wire complete with light/power points for pumps, fans and other miscellaneous use as per requirement. (2set) 9 Control panel: digital control panel with sensor to operate cooling system automatically (2set) 10 Light: normal light LED for visibility (2set) 11 Flooring: Both chambers floor and service passage provided with tiles (antiskid/ ceramic) including as per requirements (1620 sqft) 12 Workingslab: 2’ wide 2.5’ ht all along theside walls of both chambers made of bricks pillars with RCC top and blackgranite (475 sqft) 13 Re-plastering of both side wall of the screen House (Approx. 1500 sqft) 14 Painting of walls with cement paint of approved color and shade 1600 sqft 15 Provision for water supply outlet with PVC tank 1000 ltr with 1.0 hp pumpPVC pipe & fitting and bal valve (2set)
