| 2 | Construction of New OHTSupply of all material, labour T&P etc. and construction of 1500 KL / 22 M Staging of R.C.C. over head tank, structural design & drawings based on IS 3370-1965 (Part I to IV) or its latest amendment of given tentative and structural drawing and design must be vetted by IIT layout as ground level of over head tank consider from 50 cm above than top of road surface to be finalized by the engineer in charge on contractor\"s design and drawing (from IIT). The design is based on all relevant technical specification asgiven herewith tender and as per relevant BIS codes with due consideration for seismic and wind force on a suitable foundation as required on the basis of soil investigation report which provided. The OHT have a minimum free board of 15 cm from bottom of top ring beam below slab or dia of over flow pipe plus one flange in whichever is greater or as provided in IS 1911 pear III 1978 and its latest amendment, one meter wide seperate RCC staircase supporting on columns in two rows and one meter wide peripherical balcony around the tank at junction of cone wall and vertical wall, GI pipe railing consisting of 20 mm dia class-B GI pipe in three rows and angle iron 60x60x6 mm posts around balcony at one meter spacing upto top dome periphery. MS ladder made of60x60x6 mm angle iron including steps of 20 mm dia plain bar for inside the tank, supply and fixing M.S. manhole cover with locking device, ventilator and lightning conductor, electronic water level indicator, supply and fixing of removable element Woltman bulk water meter at the outlet of the over head tank with AMR compatibility with supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and construction of masonry type chamber with locking arrangement for bulk water meter, 40 mm thick cement concrete in proportion of 1:2:4 over 75 mm thick 1:4:8 base concrete with cement, local sand and 40 mm guage stone ballast in apron, 150 mm size cc drain around the floor of tank, box type enclosure at the entrance of the stair case having locking arrangement, painting with two coats of apex paint over one coat of primer over cement putty. The rates included in structural design, supply of all material, labour T&P and testing of water tightness of the tank and maintenance of tank for 24 month etc complete. The work including supply and fixing of ISI marked DI D/F pipe of 10 kg/cm2 as per determine working pressure. The items also include rubber packing, nut bolt 40x6 mm MS clamp etc complete including supply and fixing of puddle color in bottom dome and bell mouth piece on all pipes inlet, overflow, outlet & wash out pipe. It also include supply and fixing of ISI mark DI duck foot bend for inlet, out let, over flow and washout pipe on proper foundation including supply of all material labour T&P etc complete and also supply and fixing of CI double flanged ISI mark actuater sluice valve with wheel for inlet, outlet and washout pipe & CI / DF NRV for over flow pipe (body test pressure 1.0 Mpa). The work also include two coat of painting over one priming coat on DI pipe and also construction of sluice valve chamber in each sluice valve as per departmenal type drawing and specifications, including disposal of surplus earth, debris, cleaning and development of campus etc. complete. |
| 3 | Risingmain :-Supply of 200 mm dia of ISI marked S & SCentrifugally Cast (Spun) Ductile Iron pipes (Class K-9) as per IS : 8329-2000 suitable for Push on jointing by compatible rubber gasket including all statutary duties and taxes, third party inspection charges, transit insurance, freight, transportation to store/ site of work, unloading, stacking,including crossing of upto 1.00 m vide nala/drain etc. Carting, lowering, laying and jointing with SBR ruber gasketsD.I. K-9 pipes of following dia & pressure including all specials, to site of work, lowering them into trenches, laying true to alignment and gradient, in proper position, cutting of pipes, making of joints including cost of jointing materials and rubber rings, labour, T&P, including hydraulic testing etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge. It includes provision for making of alignment on city roads, making trial pits to investigate location of various under grounds services like telephone cables, electric cable, existing pipe lines and sewer lines etc. arrangements for diversion of traffic and associated works etc. with supply of all necessary equipment, materials, labour and T&P etc. complete required for completion of work. The trenches shall be properly barricaded and fenced off wherever necessary. Red flags and caution boards during day and red lights during night shall be displayed so as to avoid any accidents. Note : Only SBR Rubber gaskets to be used as per IS-5382 and IS- 12820. |
| 4 | Earth work in excavation for pipeline trenches in all type of soil with including lift upto 1.5 m and lead upto 50M, refilling the soil as required, including depositing in layers not exceeding 150mm, watering and compaction to 95% of the Standard Proctor density, level dressing, including supply of all labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Including disposal of surplus earth up to 8 Km as instucted by engineer in charge. |
