    tender for Masonry Work And Refractory Work In Boiler, Details of refractory works of 20 ton/hr capacity boiler no. 1 and 2 of Walchandnagar make and 30 ton/hr capacity boiler no. 3 of Taxmeco make. (a) To replace drum to drum, roof tube and release tubes of boiler no.1. Dismantled roof and side walls as per the drawing given by the mill. To prepare by making it leakproof. Side wall tubes and roof tubes of boiler no. 2 The replacement roof and side walls etc. were given by the mill after retubing. Preparing leak proof as per drawing. (c) Boiler No. 3 Roof Tube, Rear Suttering of roof, side walls and front to replace bank tubes and downtake pipes. etc. after retubing and leakproof as per the drawing given by the mill. to do. (d) The pillar of the front wall of the furnace of boiler no. 3 is made S.S. rod to net Making and casting from castable cement and damaged furnace stopper. And demolishing the wall and repairing it. (y) All baffles of boiler no. 1, 2 and 3, Repairing side and front walls, doors, windows and doors etc. Timely completion of work found during checking and removal of debris. Put in the directed place. Boiler no. Details of work to be done in 4 and 5 (Capacity-40 ton/hour, working pressure 45 kg/cm2), (a) To replace the rear bank tubes of boiler no. 4, dismantling the roof and rear part of the boiler and after retubing, making it leakproof as per the drawing given by the mill. (b) Repairing all the baffles, side walls, doors and windows etc. of boiler no. 4 and 5. Completing the work found during checking on time and dumping the recovered debris at the designated place etc.
