Fabrication and supply of dead end clamp of strong aluminum alloy (A-6 alloy) manufactured by die casting process and pressure suitable forACSR 6/1/2.59mm/ AAAC 7/2.50mm or equivalent size of ACSR Conductorhaving 2 \"U\" bolts of 12mm dia hot dipped galvanized as per IS:2633 or latest version. Rivet 16mm dia split pin of brass and tested as per IS: 2121 & 2486 or latest version. The weight of aluminum portion should be 525 gram ± 2.5% and that of steel portion should be 350 gms. ±2.5%.
