Tender For Annual maintenance contract of Antivirus, Printer, Scanner And Other In Various Offices., 1 Dismantling of damaged transformer from D/P/Plinth, Safe carriage including loading unloading with the help of crane/ chain cuppi in area of Electricity Distribution sub-division-II, Gulaothi/III, Sikandrabad to workshop/store centre BSR for DTC.(Distance o-100 Km.) Under jurisdiction EDD-I, Bulandshahar. 2 Annual and emergency maintenance of operating system with installed application software included Java installation & configration, DSC configuration, Printer driver installation and sharing etc. on computer system. 3 Annual and emergency maintenance of Printer/Laser Printer including replacement of Teflon and all other parts & labour charges etc. 4 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Teflon and all parts & labour charges etc. 5 Supply & installation of Quickheal Total security make Antivirus. 6 Replacement of magnetic roller & PCR of different make Printer/Laser printer. 7 Replacement of Blade of different make Printer/Laser Printer. 8 Replacement of Drum of different make printer. 9 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Scanner & Labour charges etc. 10 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Heater & labour charges etc. 11 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Power Supply Kit & labour charges etc. 12 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Format Card & labour charges etc. 13 Annual and emergency maintenance of different type printer with scanner including replacement of Energy Unit (Scan) labour charges etc. 14 All work will be done as per UPPCL/RESPO Rules.
