Four (04)Separate gangs have to be deployed to carry out Dry cleaning ofall 04 ESP Passes simultaneously. to remove the deposited ashwithin 03 Days from hand over of ESP. 3 Water Washing of ESP InternalsWater washing of all ESP Pass starting from ESP inlet funnel toESP outlet funnel, all hoppers, gas distribution baffles, all emittingand collecting electrodes and other allied zones. Also, Nomenclature Painting must be done after Painting job. 30 Collecting Plate Repairing JobRectification Job of collecting plates for U#6, ESP during O/H.The Job includes Fixing /repairing of collecting plates & Realignment of collecting plates.
