Tender For Maintenance of various C&I system and associated equipment in Boiler, TG and BOP area in coal based thermal power plant under C&IMD-I&II, 2x500 MW, DTPP, Anpara for the period of two years., 1 Round the Clock routine job of SG/ TG C&I 2 Round the Clock routine job of BOP C&I 3 Routine operation/ Preventive/ breakdown maintenance ofSoot blower system along with 0.4 KV Soot blowermodules & Closed loop control, Limit switch, Soot blowermotors of Unit 6&7, 2X500MW, DTPP, Anpara . 4 Replacement of damaged 1/2 & 1” impulse line bycutting & welding with proper coupling, adopter, tailnipples, clamping & required bends. (Including highpressure joint of SS/CS of Condensate pot for leveltransmitter, hydra step). 5 Replacement of purging system of Bowl mill includingwelding, cutting of hardware fitting and impulse pipes,modification of air line in HAG/CAG and HAD/CAD etc. 6 Repairing of LIE & EER panels by repairing of doors ofenclosures i.e. denting and shaping in proper shape,replacing the hinges in the existing manner, rubber sealingof the door. Repairing of locking system, blocking ofholes, sealing of panels by sealing compound, paintinginside and outside the panels by priming with zinc oxideand water proof enamel color. Tag writing of servicesinside and outside the panels and replacing the terminalsand rewiring all the existing wiring by new one. 7 Requirement based cable laying, Fault finding and itsrectification in existing control cables if required toreplace the damaged one. 8 Rewinding job of motors up to 10 KW 9 Motor rewinding 10 KW to below 20 KW 10 Overhauling job of various electrical motors 11 Painting Job of various electrical motors 12 Routine/ Preventive maintenance of M/s. Bosch makedigital Camera security monitoring system
