Providing sweeping, cleaning and sanitation for floor area, stair case, verandah, lobby, all carpet area, toilet (pan, commode, urinal, basin, water supply fittings etc.), cleaning of dustbin and disposed by carrying out the waste materials to the municipality dustbin outside of premises, cleaning of all furnitures, table glasses, placed in individual office rooms with dry and wet clothes, cleaning of all the walls, Ceiling area, partition walls, all open spaces, shurter of the door & windows and outspace of the building, cleaning of all carpet areas of rooms by vacum cleaner once daily as well as maintenance of all lawn & gardenswith grass cutting, watering etc.including cost of labour, T&P materials, conveyance etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
