General wet servicing of various capacities of AC’s installed in Direction office of PHE Kashmir as per following details.The job includes complete cleaning of indoor and outdoor units of AC’s removing of dust and dirt using high RPM blower Assembly. Complete washing and cleaning of filters of indoor units. The job further includes complete cleaning and washing of outdoor units with the help of water spray jet pump and detergents etc. The job further includes setting/ adjusting the parameters for smooth functioning of AC’s after setting/adjusting necessary repairs/replacements. Complete checking of the Refrigerant gas circuit of AC’s for rectification of leakage. The job includes filling of the circuit with the nitrogen gas and testing the circuit for leakage. The job includes carrying out of necessary brazing at leaked points.The job includes fleshing out of residuals/nitrogen from the circuit.

Providing and fitting of cross flow blade fans in place of damaged ones.(Chief Office, DDP Section, Technical Cell)

Providing an fitting of time relay assembly (Chief Office, Technical Cell)

Providing and fitting of expansion valve assembly(Chief Office).
