Civil Work Related To 132 Kv Main Bus Barii 01 No 132 Kv Bus Coupler Bay At 132Kv Ss Jaunpur Main Bus Bar Ii. - Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.(DSR 2.6.1) 2 Supplying and filling in plinth withsand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.(DSR 2.27) 3 Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.(DSR 2.31) 4 Excavating, supplying, stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in foundation trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift.(DSR 2.25a) 5 Concrete work with 40 mm gauge brick ballast obtained from breaking brick bats (brick bats supplied by the department free of cost) in proportion of 12:6:1 as in CSI no. 5.01 includingcost of all labour,materials, T&P etc required for proper completion of work. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5,Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth etc .(DSR 6.1.1) 18 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.(DSR 10.2) 19 Steel reinforcement TMT Bars of Fe-500 grade bars for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.(DSR 5.22.6) 20 Fencing with GI Barbed wire at angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used.(DSR 16.18.1) 21 Supply of 28 mm. dia M.S. Anchor bolts (conforming to IS-226) 500 mmlong with base plate(50x50x6 mm)welded with anchor bolts,including its threading upto a length of 10cm. and galvanizing upto 15cm from top, also supply of a pair of galvanized standard nuts with threading including supply of 5mm thick washer and cost of labour material and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.
