tender for Work Of Construction Of 2X10 Mvar Capacitor Bank And Associated Works At 220 Kv S/S Manth Under Etd, Mathura, 1 Erection of main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of2x10 MVAR Capacitor Bank Bay & Extention of 33 KV main & transfer bus. Jack busbar ,isolators, PT ,CT ,NCTand all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. conductor, fittings, structure parts, nuts, bolts, washer etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 2 Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/ equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 3 Capacitor Bank C&R Panel 4 33 KV VCB 5 33 KV BI/LI 6 33 KV CT/NCT/PI 7 33KV CT Junction Box 8 Series Reactor for Capacitor Bank 9 33 KV BI 10 Stringing of various main andjack bus of 33 KV with different type conductor and different length of span mention below including fitting of tension clamp hoisting of insulators cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material form store to work site and all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 11 Stringing of 33 KV Main bus 3x Twin Moose (1 section) 12 Stringing of 33 KV Transfer bus 3x Zebra (1 section) 13 Stringing of 33 KV 3x Panther Cap-Bank Jack bus (1 section) 14 Making of new jumpers for Jointing of 33KV Main bus Twin Moose and Isolatorby the Twin Moose conductor with cutting bending and shaping of conductor along with shifting of material from site store to work place. 15 Making of new jumpers for Jointing of 33KV Transfer bus Zebra & by the Single Zebra conductor with cutting bending and shaping of conductor along with shifting of material from site store to work place. 16 Making of new jumpers of 33KV C.B., C.T. and Isolatorby the single Panther conductor with cutting bending and shaping of conductor along with shifting of material from site store to work place. 17 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/marshalling boxes/junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, their saddling at every 750mm distance with M.S. saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back the remaining material to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification. 18 6x2.5 Sq. mm. 19 4x2.5 Sq. mm. 20 2x2.5 Sq. mm. 21 Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required. Supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core. App. 700 Km and Unloading of carriage structure from the trucks/trailor at 220 KV ManthUnder ETD Mathura.Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the S/S premises as per direction of supervisory engineer to complete the job satisfactorily. 30 Erection ofcapacitor bank unit (1X5 MVAR) by erecting its structure with the help of post insulators, Nut and bolts and then fixing of cells properly and jumpering betweeneach cells and all other associated works required for completion ofjob satisfactorily as per direction of supervising engineer. 31 Preparation of Inter connection/wiring diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete the job of cable termination of capacitor bank completely 32 Carriage of various items just like MS Flat, MS Round, or any other necessary item available in other sotres of different substations Under ETD, Mathura to erection site of 2x10 MVAR Capacitor Bank at 220 KV S/S Manth 33 For Supply 34 Supply of Bolted type (bus bar) single tension fitting suitable for ACSR Panther conductor made of LM-6 alloy Complete with ball eye socket and ‘D’ shackle single phase type turn buckle in all respect. 35 Supply of Bolted type(bus bar) single tension fitting suitable for ACSR Twin Moose conductor made of LM-6 alloy Complete with ball eye socket and ‘D’ shackle single phase type turn buckle in all respect. 36 Supply of Bolted type(bus bar) single tension fitting suitable for ACSR Zebra conductor made of LM-6 alloy Complete with ball eye socket and ‘D’ shackle single phase type turn buckle in all respect. 37 Supply of P.G. clamp made of LM-6 alloy along with Galv. nut, bolt & washer suitable for Panther to Panther conductor. 38 Supply of P.G. clamp made of LM-6 alloy along with Galv. nut, bolt & washer suitable for Moose to Moose conductor.
