The two component chemical shall have the following properties : water absorption at 38 degree as per ASTM C 870:90 should be NIL , Adhesion strength as per ASTM D4541:02 should be 2.5. |

| 4 | Treatment of wallto remove the dampness, all accessories, scaffolding / staging etc. complete all as per approved drawings, manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and comprising of the following : (a) Surface must be thoroughly cleaned, free of dust, grease etc and washed well with water. Treat any areas affected by Algae, moss or fungal growth with biocide wash solution or equivalent. The surface to be checked for cracks, hollowness and loose plastered areas etc if any. All loose plaster and cracks larger than 10 mm width to be repaired with polymer modified mortar using Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent make . The cracks up to 5 mm to be treated with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Paste or equivalent make and the larger ones up to 10 mm with Dr. Fixit Crack-X Shrinkfree or equivalent make.(b) After the proper surface preparation and curing of repaired areas wash the surface well and maintaining it in saturated surface dry condition proceed for priming using Dr. Fixit Primeseal or equivalent make. (c) Brush apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating or equivalent makeshall have the following properties : Elongation % as per ASTM D412 min 100, Tensile strengthas per ASTM D412 2.50 Mpa, water resistance,water absorption, water vapour transmission, Accelerated QUV @ 3000 hours, crack bridging ability should have class A4, Positive hydrostatic presure, Anti carbonation, rapid chloride ion penetration test. |
| 5 | Providing and applying waterproofing joint treatment for metal joints using Dr.Fixit Triflex ProDetail or equivalent make- 2-component PMMA base liquid applied waterproofing system reinforced with special polyester perforated fleece to provide watertight joints which becomes rainproof after 30 mins of application, having certifications like ETAG 005 for durabiity, CE Certification, Root resistance as per FLL std, Fire proof as per EN 13501 etc. Surface preparation includes cleaning of metal surface, mask the area using suitable masking tape, mix and apply Dr.Fixit Triflex Metal primer or equivalent make over cleaned surface using suitable brush/roller and prepare Dr.Fixit Triflex ProDetail or equivalent make , installing Dr.Fixit Triflex fleece or equivalentwhile coating is still wet, roll the same to saturate in coating followed by application of second coat of Dr.Fixit Triflex ProDetail or equivalent shall have properites like Shore A Hardenss- 75 as per ASTM D2240, Tear resistance with fleece- >20 N/mm(ASTM D624), Tensile Strength-> 3 N/mm2 (ASTM D412), Elongation-> 40 %(ASTM D412), Peel Adhesion to concrete - 1.5 N/mm2 (ASTM D7234)all accessories, scaffolding / staging etc. complete all as per manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.For patch size- 100 mm wide. |

| 7 | Providing and applying single component applied water proofing membrane system of approved manufacturer for roof of Terminal Building and roof of administrative building which shall comprises of the following activities all accessories, scaffolding / staging etc. complete all as per manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge : (a) All loose existing coatings, heavy rust, debris, Bitumen based waterproofing treatments, if existing and fresh roof cement must first be removed. It may be necessary to add a fungicide to remove heavy accumulations of fungi and algae. Power wash at minimum 2000 psi,if required, Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning, washing and removing dust, dirt, oil, grease and loose particles.Bitumen based waterproofing treatments if existing, must be completely removed by mechanical scarification or by any other effective mechanical means. For the concrete roof repair all the cracks and followed by maintaining the slope of the screed. (b) Application of the cool roof on the metal roof - For metal sheets roofing prime the surface with Dr. Fixit Cipoxy 16D or equivalent make as per AAI, and then applying two top coats of Dr. Fixit Cool Roof coating or equivalentby brush, roller, spray on the well prepared surface . (c) Application on Concrete Surface- As a primer apply single coat of Dr. Fixit Primeseal or equivalentand then apply two top coats of Dr. Fixit Cool Roof coating or equivalent on the well prepared surface. |
