maintenance of Completed Scheme Under Nazul A/C-Ii (North Zone). Providing Equipment, Material And Manpower For Anti Flood And Pre-Monsoon Arrangement At Flood Control Room, Dda Office Pitampura-Hire charges of vehicle (TATA-407 or equivalent ) in good condition alongwith diesel pump set of capacity 4000 liter per hour with suction and delivery pipes and gunny bags filed with jamuna sand including the cost of services of operating staff and diesel for 24 hours (round the clock ) in Tata 407 or Equivalent Vehicle and pump set and labour for loading and uploading diesel pump set and gunny bags filled with jamuna sand as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.(One Tata 407 or equivalent vehicle with pump set fitting). 2 Supplying and Filling of Jute (Gunny) bags with Jamuna sand and properly stiching of bags mouth, including stacking at DDA office complex, Pitampura complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3 To make operational flood control room situated at DDA office pitampura, Delhi by providing one supervisor/mate and three beldars in each shift, round the clock i.e. 3 shifts. All the phone calls to be received regarding water logging the area under the jurisdiction of North Zone and removal of flooded water from the area by providing all T&P or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. One mobile to be provide by the agency round the clock for receiving the complaints from the water logging area.(a)mate 4 (b) beldar 5 Conditions:- 1 For not supply of vehicle a penalty of Rs. 4000.00 will be attract for each shift.2 For not engaging of Labour a penalty to Rs. 1500/- & 1200/- respectively for item No. 3(a) & 3 (b)will be attract for per person each shift and female/coolies will be not allowed.
