7S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixed in opening as per specification and drawing on page No. 150 MES SSR-2004 Part II and complete all as specified and directed

19M&L for hacking out old broken glass panes (any thickness size, quality or description) from metal frames including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete complete all as specified and directed
20S&F of 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads in squares not exceeding 0.50 Sqm in each pane fixing in glass any height/ any stories without any financial effect complete all as specified and directed

29M&L for cleaning the existing surfaces and removal of debris , loose particles , grass etc and existing water proofing roof treatment completely and repairing the cleaned surfaces through repair mortar and providing chemical injection grouting and angle filets ( if required ) and treatment of pipe entry with hybird PU sealant dual shrinkage compensated micro conrete.Applying priming coat of epoxy primer with resin hardner in 1:1 ratio with water dilution as per manufacturerinstructions applying 2 coats of solvent based polyrethane liquid membrane not less than 500 micron thick UV having SRI valve greater than eual to 105 with consumption of 0.61 kg/sm ( each coat), 2nd coat shuld be applied once 1st coat becomes dry completely including 40mm thick (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) as in paddingon roof finished even and fair without using extra cement and all as specified and directed. 30S&F powder coated anodised aluminium windows slidingtype (3 shutter type) with sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr (minimum) inclstainless steel mosquito proofing wire mesh fixed with , clips, frame , necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, neoprene rubber gasket with aluminium beading screws suitable anodised fittings such as hinges, handles including powder coated anodised aluminium frame, grill with one or more rebates including S&F 5.50 mm thick black glass complete all as specified and directed.
31Taking down PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
32S&F PVC (SWR) Pipe 110mm dia single socketin any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall including PVC clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
33S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
34M&L uprooting of plants (girth n.exc 15 cm of trunk to any type of plants 100 ml grown along the pipes or walls chajjas, parapets and roof of building at any height (incl multistoried) and making good the surface as per existing surface and pouring acid not less than 100 ml for each plant in the roof to avoid further growth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
35Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or stone or cement concrete walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed
36M&L for15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or stone/concrete surfacesin cement mortar 1:4 and finished surfaceeven and smooth without using extra cement complete with water proofing compound (Height of work to be considered upto 9.50mtr from FFL of Ground Floor.), complete all as specified and directed
37M&L for5 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick /concrete surfaces as in ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 and finishedeven and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

42Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
43M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300mm x 200mm x 7/450X250x7 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry,pointed in white or coloured cement to matchover and including 10mm thick renderingin cement mortar 1:4 to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
44M&L for Non skid coloured 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
45M&L Green Marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with green marble, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
46M&L for applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint on new wooden surfacesincluding preparation of newly wooden surfaces over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed
47M&L for applying two coat of painting on new steel surfacesincluding preparation of newly steel surfaces over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed
48Steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -Charge
49Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings with ends of bars shouldered or reveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways railings, framework of watertanks and similar work, conforming to Fe-290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
50M&L for oldplastered surfaces applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium external weatherproofpaint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over andincluding priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm. complete all as specified and directed.Make:-Apex Ultima protect/Berger paints(weather coat smooth)).
51Rewriting or repainting of existing writing letters (Block or Indian) with synthetic enamel paint white with 150 mm hieght of letters over 30 mm dia of circle black syntheic eanemal paint all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
52Preparation of old plastered/unplastered wallsurfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper (including wahsing, rubbingdown and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces), complete all as specified and directed
53M&L for 1mm thick wall care putty of wall surfaces, complete all as specified.
54M&L for prepration of old surfaces including cornices, pilasters etc(Plastered or unplasterd surfaces) and applying one coats of white (Lime) wash on wall complete all as specified and directed
55M&L for prepration of old wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.(Note:-Using roller for painting and use scrapping machine for scrapping work)
56M&L for prepration of old steel/iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or grith and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed
