Tender For Supply And Construction Of Op Tr Trg Area To Yellow Patch(Qty 3.20 Km); 1 SINGLE SIDED ‘W’ TYPE METAL CRASH BARRIER Supply of store at FOR,shifting of store from FOR to worksite and construction forerecting ‘W’ metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC vertical posts 150x75x5 mm erected @ 2.00 mtr centre to centre, 1.80 mtr hight, 1.10 mtr below GL/road level. All steel parts and fitment to be galvanized by hot dipped process. All fittings to be conforming to IS:1367 and IS: 1364. Metal beam to be fixed on vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm,300 mm long including 1.20mtr long high intensity reflective conspicuity tape , Yellow 2 wide to be supplied with each crash barrier complete all as per drawing. Make :Jindal/ TATA/SAIL or Equivalent to IS 808(1989).List of stores for metal crash barrier:-(a)‘W’ shapedmetal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail 311 mm wide and 4000mm longgalvanized by hot dipped process including suitable holes for 12 mm dia bolts and nuts for fixng as per drawing.(b)ISMC vertical posts 150x75x5 mm1800 mm long galvanized by hot dipped process including suitable holes for 12 mm dia bolts and nuts for fixng as per drawing.(c) Spacer of channel section 150x75x5 mm,300 mm long galvanized by hot dipped process including suitable holes for 12 mm dia bolts and nuts for fixng as per drawing.
