Tender For 2000152886 -Spr:Gal Are Structures And Guard Paintin 2000152886 10 10 10 SCRAPING OF OLD PAINT & SURFACE CLEANING 6,000 M2 20 P & A 1 COAT OF EPOXY PRIMER & 2 COAT OF 6,000 M2 Email : Kalpesh.Bhojani@amns.in Contact : 9879102538 Name : Kalpesh, Bhojani - AM/NS India - CRM - M Item Details : SPR:GAL ARE STRUCTURES AND GUARD PAINTIN SCOPE OF WORK FOR VENDOR: 1.Surface preparation by Power tool, Cleaning of all Structure parts parts (column and Beam).After Power tool cleaning surface clean by Water Wash. 2.Providing and Application of one coat ZINC PHOSPHATE PRIMER. 3.Providing and Application of two coat EPOXY FINISH PAINT . 4.Paints and all painting / Cleaning material shall be in the scope of Contractor. 6.All consumable material for paint job shall be in the scope of Contrac 7.Supply and application of coating paints as per requirement along with necessary items for application is in vendors scope. 8.Skilled manpower, helpers, other any type of manpower with Supervisor will be arranged by vendor for application. 9.Job timings shall be during 9 AM till 6 PM max. Clearance for carry out job will be as per area in-charge. 10.Lodging-Boarding & other basic needs of coming manpower to be arranged by vendor only. 11. All type of tools, tackles, machines, other things for work completion shall be in vendors scope. Scope of work for AMNS: - Primary requirements like, air, water supply shall be arranged by AMNS AMNS Safety Rule and Regulation as per Company Policy: - All necessary safety PPE’s i.e. safety shoes, leather gloves, goggles, goggles, masks, face shield etc. in contractor scope - All work to be carried out as per safety norms which shall be guided to AM/NS team during work & no tolerance in safety will be accepted and penalty to be imposed if any violation. - Contractor shall not proceed with next activity until previous activit activity will be checked and approved by Representative. - All required tools & tackles will provide by contractor - Contractor shall deploy and provide one full time engineer to supervis - Contractor will provide all required consumable items for the job supervise the project and has experienced of carrying out such type of work. - Contractor shall be responsible for procuring, supplying, transporting and providing all labour, materials, tools and equipment etc., required for completion of the work. - All materials shall be stored in a proper manner protected from natural elements so as to avoid contamination and deterioration. - Workers working on the site shall be skilled in their job and have related job experience. - The contractor shall guarantee that all work performed will be free from all defects in workmanship and materials and that all installation will provide the capacities and characte
