| 5 | Notes for Ser item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 :-The quoted rate of contractor shall comprise the following :-(i)Contractor shall provide sufficient skilled and unskilled manpower on requirnment basis as directed by JE/Engineer in charge previous day for attending and completing the complaints as per the users satisfaction. However, thenumber of skilled and unskilled manpower shall be increased as directed by enginner in charge depending upon the requirements/ number of complaints registered at the complaint center. In case of failure on providing sufficiet manpower by the contractor, a penalty at the rate of Rs 1000 per skilled person per day and Rs 600 per unskilled person per day shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor\"s dues. |
| 6 | The complaints pertaining to sewage cleaning and opening of blockageand plumbing works etc. against serial item No 2 and 4 shall be attended and completed within 24 hours and other complaints related to carpenter works andwelding works against serial item Nos 1 & 3 shall be completed in 48 hours time after lodging/ receipt of complaints. Contractor shall ensure that all the complaints shall be attended and completed within above prescribed schedule/ time period, failing which, a penalty at the rate of double the quoted rate for that particulartrade work/cmplaint per day till the satisfactorily completion of complaint shall be levied on the contractor and recovery for the same shall be affected from contractor\"s dues.(iii) : For each complaint in different location, a separate docket slip shall be prepared by the contractor/ his representative and handed over to related tradesman, etc. for attending the complaint and after satisfactorilycompletion ofcomplaint, docket slip shall be submitted to concerned executive on the date of register of complaint, which shall be got signed from the occupant. (iv) : Format of docket slip and complaint register which shall be kept in complaint cell.
