    Tender For Renovation Works In Pg1 Hostel-1. Painting one or more coat on walls using exterior emulsion and melamine polish for doors in Warden & RT room 2. Replacing damaged toilet door with PVC door (Apprx. 0.80x2.00m) by removing existing wooden door with frame and repairing the surface by plastering and laying similar tiles 3. Replacing carpet in the visitor’s room by removing the existing red carpet and cleaning the surface and laying good quality similar carpet (Apprx.115ft2) by suitable adhesives including 15cm on walls, sealing the bottom of aluminium frame work by silicone sealant etc.. 4. Replacing entrance aluminium partition and door with powder coated aluminium section confirming 3.80Kg/length in the existing pattern (Note;- the glass panes can be reused) with all fixtures including hydraulic door closer, repairing the aluminium door of visitor’s room etc… 5. Fixing (tying) coated iron mesh (Preferably 6mm size diamond pattern) over all window openings in GF (Apprx. 800ft2) using GI binding wire
