Tender For Repairing Of Electric Line And Pole In Edd-I Bulandshahr; 1 Specification & Quantity for Carring Out the different Electricity Line Works, For Running E-Nivida under VIP ,Emergency work, Accidental repair work M&R/R&R Scheme in the jurisdiction of EDD-I, BSR for Sub-Division GULAOTHI/SIKANDRABAD. 2 Carrige of S.T. Pole 11 Mtrs. Long/ PCC Pole. 8.5 Mtrs. Long / 9 Mtrs PCC/9 Mtrs STP 3 Carriage of line accessories, ACSR CONDUCTOR / AB CABLED/P accessories as cross arm M.S. channel, Angle, 11 KV Dise insulator with fitting 11 KV pin insulator with pin etc for construction of single suport and D/P. &T/F 11 KV XLPE cable., CT/PT Unit, XLPE Cable, Dropper, Top Channel AND . 4 Erection & fabrication of following supports including fitting of all required accessories of H.T/L.T line as per RESPO schedule. All type of M.S. clamps nuts bolts stone pads ets. Required for the above work shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. 5 Erection of Single support on ST Pole 11 Mtrs. Long./ PCC pole 8.5/09 Mtrs. Long. 6 Making of D/P on S.T. Pole 11 Mtrs. Long./ PCC pole 8.5 Mtrs. Long. 7 Grouting concreting & Plinthing of Single support on S.T. pole 11 Mtrs. Long as per RESPO norms. 8 Fixing erection & grouting of stay set complete with binding & Nozzling of stay wire. 9 Earthing of supports with the help of Earthing rod & GI wire/earth wire. 10 Laying stringing & sagging of DOG/WEASEL conductor including opening and reconnection of consumer cable ,binding ,Jumphering including carriage loading & unloading the same from central store BSR J.E store to site of work. 11 Laying stringing & sagging of ab cable 3*50/95/120 including opening and reconnection of consumer cable, binding, Jumphering including carriage loading & unloading the same from central store BSR J.E store to site of work. 12 Fixing of cable joining kit of size 3x70/120/185 sqmm cable indoor/outdoor 11KV. 13 Providing and fixing of the following material by the material as per RESPO Drawing. 14 PROVIDING AND FIXING LT Pin Clamps ( Flat Size 50*6 mm) 15 PROVINDING AND FIXING Stay insulator of size 100x115mm. 16 PROVINDING AND FIXING Stay Clamps ( Flat Size 50*6 mm) 17 PROVINDING AND FIXING earthing Clamps ( Flat Size 50*6 mm) 18 PROVINDING AND FIXING Corss Arm Holding Clamps 19 PROVINDING AND FIXINGFClamps 20 PROVINDING AND FIXING D/P Holding Clamps 21 PROVIDING AND FIXING Nut & Bolt of off Size 22 DISMENTLING OF POLE PCC/STP OFF SIZE 23 CARTAGE OF POLE STP OFF SIZE FROM WORK SITE TO STORE CENTRE BULANDSHAHR 24 All work will be done as per UPPCL/RESPO Rules.
