(iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (v) Applying a coat of aluminium paint @ 100 gm/ Sqm over & incl a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/ sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete Note:- The polymeric water proofing membrane shall be extended upto parapet walls and inserted in walls by cutting groove and making good with cement mortar 1:3 as directed. |
