3Supply and fixing GI powder coated frame work 605mm x 605 mm for seamless ceiling comprising of GI perimeter channel 0.55mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900mm centre to centre with GI cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50mm and flange of 26mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457mm centre to centre and duly suspended with 4mm GI wire hangers (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceiling cleats made of GI flat 40x3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long including providing 600mmx600mmx6-7mm thick board in false ceiling with aluminium profile sheet on top side and PVC profile sheet on bottom side fixed in grid as per manufacturer specification and dirercted by Engineer-in-charge.
4Supply and fixing hollow PVC lining consisting 5mm thick plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
5Material and labour for solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specification, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
6Supply & fixing aluminium anodised frame, made out of aluminium section / aluminium chanel, powder coated(minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron), for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebate including jointing cleat for fixing etc. including taking down old unserviceable frame with shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Supply & fixing anodised aluminium door shutter, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including aluminium hardware i.e. necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, suitable size of aluminium handles 2 Nos andaluminium hinges 04 Nos in each leaf (size of handle and hinge as directed), anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc including fixing of glass, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
8Supply & fixing anodised aluminium window/ventilator shutter side hung type without sash bars, made out of aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/mtr, powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating not less than 50 micron) including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No. for ventilator and 3 Nos for window each shutter) suitable handle (1 No.), including fixing of glass, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Aluminium chowkhat frame shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply and fixing. (ii) Glass and other filling material in panels shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only.
9Supply & fixing 5.5mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.5sqm in each pane and fixed with oil putty etc. as required or as directed complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
10Supply & fixing aluminium composite panel sheet 4 mm thick (ACP sheet) used in aluminium partition or aluminium door fitted in frame including fixing arrangements complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
11Supply & fixing aluminium (extruded section) body door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No3, universal type suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight between 61 to 80 Kg, ISI marked complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.
12Supply & fixing for venetian blinds vertical sabine of size 100 mm conforming to relevant IS complete with all accessories colour and shade as approved by GE with hanging device for operation complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
13Supply and fixing in replacement drapery curtain rod 19/20 mm dia, fabricated out of stainless steel pipe with PVC coating (ABS), wall thickness of pipe not less than 20 gauge, including fancy type brackets and pair of decorated end knobs (finials), stop roller etc, fixed to wall for doors and windows cuttings as required and fixing at site complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.
14Demolition of floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding but not backing including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area (as per direcction of AGE/JE) at any distance upto 500 metres from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
15Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile includingnecessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350mmx 250mm / 450mmX 350mm// 450mmX 300mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile includingnecessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
18Material and labour for vitrified ceramic coloured tiles (light shade) 10mm thick square or rectangular (same as floor tile, as per above item ), as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile includingnecessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Demolition stone/marble slabs of any description or thickness as in floors/ cooking platform/steps etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar including removing rubbish material from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
20Material and labour for 75mm thickcement concrete ( 1:4:8),type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
21Material and labour for machine cut 20 to 25 mm thick, Kota stone slab (size of slab not less than 550x550mm) as in flooring, laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish) andpolishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangular as per site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22Material and labour for machine cut 20 to 25mm thick, Kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skirting, dado and on pillar, laid over and including 10 mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing /grinding (mirror finish ) and polishing by machine, including machine cutting to make it square or rectangularcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Supply and fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC paver mould / Rubber paver moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and no pigment, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, prepolished & preglazed, specification as per relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over sand upto required thick layer and filling the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : - (i) Sand for filling shall be measured & paid separately as Supply only but labour for spreding leveling shall be included in the unit rate of this item)
24Supply only Fazilka/Zera (or any other approved sources) fine sand without silt for filling under interlocking tiles and the interstices etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
25Supply & fixing 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick bullnosed chequered cement concrete tiles as in floor/path, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment, tiles laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Material and labour 18-20mm thick machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polished (table rubbed and polished) of approved colour for counter sunk wash basin, plateform/cooking plateform or as directed, including screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) (grey cement slurry) including pointing in white cement(1:2)using marble dust with admiture of pigmentto matchwith shade of granite stone slab including cutting as required including cleaning and extra polishing if required complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Kerb stone/ coping/packing around chequered tiles/interlocking tiles/PCC jalli & similar work etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
28Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 5mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:3) on any face of ceiling in patches matching with existing, finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
30Material and labour for rendering/plastering appx 15mm thick (matching with existing plaster thickness) in cement mortar (1:6) on old brick or concrete surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices in patches matching with existing, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
31Material and labour for rendering/plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of Brick walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
32Material and labour for rough cast plastering including 15 mm thick rendering in cement plaster 1 :4 complete as specified in SSR Part-I clause 14.22 as given .Note : Rough cast finish : After applying under coat of cement mortar 1:3 not less than 10 mm thick and while still it is in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg. which is generally of size between 6 to 12 mm depending on texture required mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio 1:1 shall be applied complete including taking down cement lime plaster and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
33Material and labour for preparing newly plastered and newly plaster in patch works on surface of ceiling by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge
34Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down or by sand papering or by any other mean and after preparing the surfaces applying two Oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface and newly plaster in patch works on surface of walls/pillars /cornices by brooming down with using broom/sand papering or by any other mean, washing down with water and applying two coats of cement base paint as per approved tint/colour with using paint brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
36Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames, wooden/PVC doors/steel ventilator) areanot exceeding 1.50 sqm each and removing from site including cutting holes for removal of old rusted hold fast and prepare the surface for new hold fast complete all as specified and asdirected by Engineer-in- charge.
37Taking down wooden shutters only of any description area exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.0 sqm eachcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.
38Supply & fixing factory made plain framed panelled shutters (two panels as approved), 35mm thick of 2nd class hard woodwith lock rail and panel inserts of 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rails and styles as per IS-1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401, including 2nd class soft wood kail beading 20mm wide tapering from 10mm to 5mm on one side and also fitted to chowkhatcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : -(i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item (painting) of BOQ.
39Supply & fixing factory made glazed and skeleton shutter, 35mm thick of 2nd class hard woodopen rebated (two panels as approved) and prepared to receive glass, gauge etc, without sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.Sizes of members as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8 and fitted to chowkhats,menbers shall be kiln seasoned as per IS-1141 and chemically pressure treated as per IS-401 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note : -(i) The sutters shall be brought at site without primer and same shall be applying at site as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Primer shall be measured paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ.
40Supply and fixed solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, suppling & fixing in opening as per specification & drawingcomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
41Supply and fixed factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42Resecuring, easing and adjustments of shutters (any description and any size of shutter exc. 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each) without taking down from chowkhat/frame including oiling, tigtening of screws, minor repairs, adjustment of hinges, adjustment of fittings like handle/tower bolt/door stopper etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge. Note :- Screws if required for adjustment of fittings the cost of screws shall be included in the unit rate.
43Supply & fixing galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tack or galvanised wire staplescomplete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

94Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment (any layers of existing treatment ) from walls/pillars/cornices by scraping down with using mechanical sander machine (including provision of dust sucking) upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge, brooming and washing down and preparing the surfaces smooth and after that applying chalk whitening, preparatory to distempering and after prepare the surface smooth applying two coats of oil bound distemper (washable) as per approved tint/colour by using paint brush or roller brush complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
