    Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Certification Of Swl Slings Tackles, 01 4 Leg Wire Rope 02 No 02 4-Legged Poly Belt Sling 03 Lifting Tackle 04 Chain 1 Legged 05 Chain 2 Legged 06 Chain 4 Legged 07 Endless Chain 08 Lifting Beam 09 Permanent Magnetic Lifter 10 Plate Lifter 11 Poly Belt 50Mm 12 Poly Belt 150 / 200 / 250 Mm 13 Wire Rope 12 / 16 / 20 Dia 14 Wire Rope 40 Dia 15 Under Frame Turning Equipment 16 Wire Rope 2, 01 Firm Shall Carry Out Swl Test On Lifting Tackles At Beml Bangalore Complex. 02 Necessary Safety Precautionary Measures Have To Be Taken While Conducting Load Tests. 03 Necessary Instruments Required For Carrying Out The Above Works Are To Be Arranged By The Firm. 04 The Certification For Swl Testing / Examination Of Lifting Tackles Has To Be Conducted By Competent Persons Certified By Director Of Factories And Boilers, Government Of Karnataka As Per Karnataka Factory Rules, 1969. After Examination Of Each Lifting Tackles, Certificate Has To Be Issued In Form No.32 As Per Rule 63 And 64 Of Karnataka Factories Rule 1969 As Per The Prescribed Format. A Copy Of The Certification For Competent Persons Along With Validity Should Be Produced Along With Quotations. 05 Necessary Loads Will Be Arranged By Beml 06 The Job Has To Be Completed Within 1 Months From The Date Of Commencement Of Work 07 The Firm Should Ensure That Their Personnel Deployed For Testing Should Be Covered Under Esi, Pf And Other Statutory Requirements Legged Total Quantity :
