Cleaning Of The Rdi Facilities ( Tank Farm Area, Pump House Area, And Open Space Inside The Rdi ) , Drain Cleaning In The Premises, Removal Of Garbage, Debris Etc. It Also Includes Greasing And Cleaning Of Strainers / Valves Etc. On Regular Basis Including Supply Of Grease, Packing Etc. The Scope Of Work Also Includes Checking The Condition Of Wire Mesh On The Vent Pipes Of U / G Tanks And Other Allied Fixtures / Fittings In The Rdi And Mopping Up / Sand Spreading In Case Of An Oil Spillage If Any. The Cost Of Consumable I.E. Light Fittings Etc. Shall Be Paid By Hpcl. However, No Payment Will Be Made Against The Services Provided. Also Hpcl Has Full Right To Purchase Consumable ( Cable, Lights, Pipe Line, Filters, Hoses, Valves Etc. ) From Other Sources ( Other Vendors / From Other Hpcl Depots ) Entire Work Will Be Carried Out Under The Supervision / Satisfaction Of Hpcl / Railway Officials On Daily Basis. A Daily Logbook Has To Be Maintained And Hpcl / Railway Officials On Regular Basis Will Endorse It. • Break Down Maintenance: Attending Break Down Calls Immediately Within Reasonable Time Of Lodging Of Complaints. The Cost Of Consumable Shall Be Paid / Reimbursed By Hpcl For Which Prior Approval From Hpcl Has To Be Taken. In Case Of Replacement. The Old Part Has To Be Returned & Deposited To Hpcl, In Case Of Failing To This; The Suitable Recovery From The Bill Has To Be Made.
