3Supplying and stacking of hard stone (for stone pitching) 22.5 cm thick at site
475 mm and downthick back filling for pitching including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc. complete with Stone aggregate 20 mm and down nominal size
5Dry stone pitching 22.5 cm thick laid in courses and required profile with hammer dressed stones having no side less than 15 cm, with minimum depth of 20 cm including preparing the bedding surface etc. all complete. (Payment for Stone to be made separately).
6Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand)
7Puddle filling of good clay including lead upto 50m including mixing watering and kneeding by tamping ramming and laying etc
8Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.
9Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources
10Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
11Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete
12Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
13Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more
14Injection Grouting : Providing & applying injection sockets up to 40%-50% (of the concrete thickness) deep inside at an inclination ( < 60 degree). Now inject it with the IE 6692 ( a non ionic emulsion having alkoxysilanes which induce the hydrophobicity and significantly decrese the water ingress of cementiti-ous materials ) Dilution of the 6692 is to accord the required pH and all other parameters as per the expert formulator / site incharge . Make sure the consumption 2lt per socket. It can be achieved with static head tactics and pressure pump ( 4-8 kg pressure ). Subsequently leave for 48 hours .Now create the cementitious grout slurry modified with non shrink expansive grout admixture, IE 6692, Corrosion inhibitor all with water. The dilution ratio must as per the site and hole need . The grouting slurry must be lean to stiff in each hole . Stiff slurry to be admixed with Tamseal SBR to keep log record for all sockets and finally cutting of nipples and patch it up . Ultra rapid setting mortar to plug active water to be used
15Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.
16Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm
