2COMPRESSOR UNIT:- Micro processor based automatic controlledchiller unit with Hermatically sealed scroll type hot & cold compressor duly coupled with refrigerant cooled SPDP induction motor to run on 3 Phase, 50 Hz as per manufacturer"s requirement, not less than2 x 11.0 TRwill be working simultaneously and 1x11.0 TRasstand-by, driven by 415 ± 10 Volts Power supply complete with suction and discharge piping, auto restart after power failure, built in time delay relay, inbuilt thermal protection,unit should have100% copper condensor coil with cooling fan and necessary electrical wiring, controls circuit, drier filter , suitable expansion valve as recommended by manufacturer andassociated equipment to maintain inside desire temperature 21ºC ± 2ºC through out the year with humidity control to maintain relative humidity 50 ± 5%,using R 407 / R 410 Aenvironment friendly CFC/HCFC free refrigerant,insulated copper refrigerant pipes connected to AHU, standard accessories to meet the automatic step capacity control of100% full load of heat load / design condition as specified in particular specification including first charge of compressor oil and referigerent etc complete all as specified and directed. CONDENSER :-copper tube and fins type air cooled condenser of suitable capacity with suitable capacity cooling fan driven by electrical motor IP-55 rating to meet the requirement not less than 2 x 11.0 TRworking simultaneouslyAC Plantand integrally finned copper tubing pre coated, with resistance to both chemical and sailine corrosion, complete with safety valves, drain valve,hot gas inlet and liquid outlet isolating valves, thermometer and pressure gauges at inlet and outlet and purge valves all as specified and as per manufacturer requirement complete all as specified in PS and directed.
3MICRO PROCESSOR BASED CONTROL PANEL :- (i)-Micro processor based control comprising for following features :- (a)Automatic capacity control reducing energy consumption. (b)Micro processor based sequence of starting/stopping of equipment with fixed time delays. (c)Alarm history giving cause of tripping. (e)LP/HP cut out. (ii) Fail safe features comprises thefollowing:- (a)  Under voltage protection. (b) Single phase protection (c) Over load protection. (d) Phase inbalance protection. (e) Anti freeze protection (f)Power loss trip and shut down.
4AIR HANDLING UNIT :-Supply, installing, commissioning and testing for air handling unit of suitable capacity for4300 CFM, 125mm SP minimum cooling capacity 22 TR as per manufacturer"s design, factory fabricated double skin surface mounted AHU"s in thermal break profile construction fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre coated galvanised steel sheet out side & 0.8 mm thick aluminium sheet inside including48+2 mm PUF (density 40 Kg/CubMtr)sand witched insulation complete, minimum distance of AHU room from Main A.C Plant is 20 m. draw type having technical specification as per manufacturer recommendation of sectionalized construction (Every section shall have service window (Openable) and marine light for proper illumination. Every door shall be controlled with emergency as safety), factory made, floor mounted double skin type with GI casing of outside layers and inside layer of suitable thickness as recommended by manufacturer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation complete with all accessories and controls etc and comprising of following :- (i)    Cooling Coil :- Direct expansion copper tube cooling coils units of suitable capacity to meet the requirementnot less than 22.0 TR ( 2x11.0 TR compressors working simultaneously ) Cooling coilshould have 6 Rows deep interwined DX copper copper tubes of thickness 0.45mm with 12 -14 Fins per inch Alfinnesin Shine wavesdesign complete with automatic controlled heating/ cooling thermostat and suitable for rerigerant flow,including suitable capacityand nos of expansion valves. (ii) Mixing Chamber : Complete with Gl extruded gear operated volume control damper for fresh air and return air ,all as specified and as per manufacturer"s design complete .
5(iii)     Blower section complete with blower for weather maker suitable for required CFM aswith GSS as per manufacturer design and ground requirement eliminators with suitable capacity TEFC squirrel cage induction motor for operation on 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, AC supply with direct coupled drive or belt drive package and belt guard. Mounting ArrangementofAl extruded section shall be provided below fan and motor . Prefabricatedslidingrail arrangement shall beprovidedbelowmotor forproper allignment. Spring mounted rubber pads shall be provided below this section to avoid any vibration. Flexible connection at out let of fan to discharge section made out with fire retardant canvas cloth. (iv)Filter section withnon woven synthetic media pre filter (MERV-8) having efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size, Microvee filter (MERV-13) with an efficiency of 95% down to 5 Micron Particles complete with mounting frame work. including 04 Nos. of HEPA Filters of existing size at site, 0.3 micron with an efficiency of 99.9% ( HEPA filter shall be terminally mounted in laminar flow housing inside OT ) (v)SS Drain Tray : SS drain tray duly insulated with 10 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation . (vi) Heating system by providing heating coil and compartment including suitable capacity of hot water generator and hot water insulated tubes from hot water generator to heating coil and back complete with suitable capacity pressure pumps and control panel. (vii) Heater bank compartment (as standby) includingof electrical stripheatersnot less than 12.0 KW capacity in fraction of 1.0 KW, 1.5 KW and 2.0 KW as per design, completewiththermostatcontrolfor temperatureorhumidity control; activated bysingle / multi stepthermostat / humidistat asrequired.The electricheaters enclosure should be complete in all respect with electric terminal boxes ( isolated from air path ), heaters, Insulated access hatches etc, electrical cabling with glass sleeve, control switches PANEL for automatic multi step operation as per requirementand with earthing, suitable for installation in AHU.all the other accessories for functioning of heater should be included in the cost. (viii) The control panel should include suitable variable frequency drive (VFD) of suitable capacity.

9AIR HANDLING UNIT OT - 2 :-Supply, installing, commissioning and testing for air handling unit of suitable capacity for5300 CFM, 125mm SP cooling capacity 15.0 TR as per manufacturer"s design, factory fabricated double skin surface mounted AHU"s in thermal break profile construction fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre coated galvanised steel sheet out side & 0.8 mm thick aluminium sheet inside including48±2 mm PUF (density 40 Kg/CubMtr)sand witched insulation complete, minimum distance of AHU room from Main A.C Plant is 20 m. draw type having technical specification as per manufacturer recommendation of sectionalized construction (Every section shall have service window (Openable) and marine light for proper illumination. Every door shall be controlled with emergency as safety), factory made, floor mounted double skin type with GI casing of outside layers and inside layer of suitable thickness as recommended by manufacturer with polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation complete with all accessories and controls etc and comprising of following :- (i)    Cooling Coil :- Direct expansion copper tube cooling coils units of suitable capacity to meet the requirementnot less than 15.0 TR ( 2x7.5 .0TR compressors , working simultaneously ) Cooling coilshould have 6 Rows deep interwined DX copper copper tubes of thickness 0.45mm with 12 FPIAlfinnesin Shine wavesdesign complete with automatic controlled heating/ cooling thermostat and suitable for rerigerant flow,including suitable capacityand Nos expansion valves for compressors. 21(iii)     Blower section complete with blower for weather maker suitable for required CFM aswith GSS as per manufacturer design and ground requirement eliminators with suitable capacity TEFC squirrel cage induction motor for operation on 3 phase, 415 Volt, 50 Hz, AC supply with direct coupled drive or belt drive package and belt guard. Mounting ArrangementofAl extruded section shall be provided below fan and motor . Prefabricatedslidingrail arrangement shall beprovidedbelowmotor forproper allignment. Spring mounted rubber pads shall be provided below this section to avoid any vibration. Flexible connection at out let of fan to discharge section made out with fire retardant canvas cloth. (iv)Filter section withnon woven synthetic media pre filter (MERV-8) having efficiency of 90% down to 10 micron particle size, Microvee filter (MERV-13) with an efficiency of 95% down to 5 Micron Particles complete with mounting frame work including 04 Nos. of HEPA Filters of existing size at site, 0.3 micron with an efficiency of 99.9% ( HEPA filter shall be terminally mounted in laminar flow housing inside OT ) (v)SS Drain Tray : SS drain tray duly insulated with 10 mm thick closed cell nitrile rubber insulation . (vi) Heating system by providing heating coil and compartment including suitable capacity of hot water generator and hot water insulated tubes from hot water generator to heating coil and back complete with suitable capacity pressure pumps and control panel. (vii) Heater bank compartment (as standby) includingof electrical stripheatersnot less than 12.0 KW capacity in fraction of 1.0 KW, 1.5 KW and 2.0 KW as per design, completewiththermostatcontrolfor temperatureorhumidity control; activated bysingle / multi stepthermostat / humidistat asrequired.The electricheaters enclosure should be complete in all respect with electric terminal boxes ( isolated from air path ), heaters, Insulated access hatches etc, electrical cabling with glass sleeve, control switches PANEL for automatic multi step operation as per requirementand with earthing, suitable for installation in AHU.all the other accessories for functioning of heater should be included in the cost. (viii) The control panel should include suitable variable frequency drive (VFD) of suitable capacity.
22Note for item 1.0 to 4 :- Item rates included all Civil masonary work required for installation of AC Plant i.e, foundation for compressor/Chiller Units, condenser units, humidifiers, dehumidifier AHUs make up water tank, expansion tank, LT Panel and other remaining item including making opening in wall for duct work, return air grill, cable duct work, piping etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces matching with existing specification, any type of mild steel work in rolled steel section MS plate, flats, rounds, nuts bolts etc with necessary structural steel work for supporting/hoisting water pipes, condensers, cooling water pipes, make up and drain water pipes and other items as per manufacturers recommendation, painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of all MS pipe/structures as per the standard color coding of the cental AC Plant, painting over onof flow of water /refrigerant/ chilled water/hot water with distinguished colours and stencillintg of major components for identification and full proof operation of switchgears/indicators, false ceiling works as per site requirement for opening for fixing of ducts and finishing of opening to match the existing work as required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. First charge of refrigerant gas and compressor oil as per manufacturer"s recommendation. The design/drawing of central AC plant shall be approved from OEM and the plant shall be installed as recommended by OEM. Site of AC plants will be handed over to contractor for execution/installation of new plant in phase manner i.e. at least any two operation theaters at each time. On completion of phase I test of these OTs, next OTs AC plant will be handed over for execution of work. The OTs to be handedover by the Hospital Authority. The plant should be compatible to control from inside operation theater by a remote unit. The remote should control air speed, temperature and humidity with in desired range. Each OT should be provided digital wall mounting sensor and screen for inside temperature, inside humidity.
23DUCTING AND INSULATION :-Design Supply, fabrication installation of air distribution system made out of20 guage (PGI sheet) galvanized steel section ducting of thickness as per Indian Standard (IS: 655-1963) including 3mm rubber gasket, nut and bolts for jointing. The supply air duct and return air duct over the ceiling with necessary inbuilt stiffenersto maintain the desired noise level from AHU to condition room, of commercial grade VIII as per IS-655with suitable MS supporting arrangements from floor /RCC roof/ceilings/walls with, adjustable dampers, vanes etc complete as per specification and as per approved ducting layout on site plan to meet the required qty of supply air in the condition room and to maintain the design parameters, air velocity and uniform distribution of condition air withall its accessories complete all as specified. Note : (i) Air Distribution/return duct inside/outside will be replace only where required as directed by Engineer-In-Charge/GE as per site requirement.(ii) Insulation of supply and return air duct will be measured and paid under relevent item of schedule.

27Note for LT Panels under item No: 6.0, 7.0, 8.0 and 9.0 : (i) Any control contactor, timer, relay etc required for interlocking and safety automatic operation of plant is deemed to be included in the overall rates quoted by contractor. The rates are inclusive of the suitable capacity accessories etc and panel should havePanel control logic for automatic control of following :- (a):Refrigerant flow controland Heater to be worked based on required Temperature and Rh set point. (b) : Heater should not be started unless and until desired temperature not achieved in side the room. (c) :Motor should not start if AHU door is open. (d) : Call light on and Motor stop if AHU door is open (e) :Heater should start only if AHU motor is in running condition. 28SITC and fixing of external thermal insulation 13 mm thick on supply/return air ducts with Closed Cell Elastomeric Nitrile Rubber Foam with one side tough aluminium facing lamination (Class-O, Fire retardent) of density 40-60 Kg/m³ & thermal Conductivity not excceding 0.037 W/mK at an average Temperature of 20°C. The Material Shall be rated as Class 1, As per BS476 Part 7, The smoke Density as per AS-1530.3 Shall not exceed 1. The Meterial shall have Fire Approval from CBRI- Roorkee & no toxicity under flaming and non-flaming condition as per AITM 3.000 (1993). Adhesive used for setting the insulation shall be non-flammable, Vapour Proof and conforming to standard Specification.

31Material and labour earthing complete with GI plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick bured directly in ground vertically at a depth not less 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 1.5 cm thick packed layer of charcoal of dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and making electrode connection by using GI strip of size 32X6 mm by means of bolts nuts check nuts and washers made of brass and earth strip protected by light grade 40 mm dia GI Pipe upto test point and connected to main switch board are main controlled board with provision of GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering including funnel wire mass RCC pit cover and PCC Chamber pit with 1:2: 4 type C2 (including excavation earth work) all as specified and shown on plate No 3 of SSR Part-1complete all as specified.Note :- The item rate quoted for earthing is inclusive of earth strip 32x6 mm upto 20 RM from each Pit.

33Dismantling of existing AC plant"s AHU including all connected accessories i.econnected chill water pipe, electrical cables , existing planum, AHU’s ducting completemotors - blower and any other accessories pertaining to AHU Plant and making good to disturbed flooring/ walls in AHU Room. pluging chill water / hot water pipe line etc and ensuring no leakage. 34Fire damper & actuator with smoke/fire sensor arrangement comprising of the following:- Supplying, fixing, testing and commissioning of motorised combination fire & smoke dampers in supply air duct/main branch and return air duct as and where required ofsizes as per design approved. The fire damper shall be motorised and spring return type so as to close the damper automatically in the event of power failure and open the damper when power is restored. The Fire & smoke damper shall be complete with electronic temperature sensor and electrically operated actuator and interconnecting wiring between AHU & dampers The fire damper shall be located in the supply / return air ducts.The control panel shall belocated such that the reset can be done easily complete all as specified.
