| 1 | Repair/Replacement of damaged components of250 kVA Automatic Voltage Regulator installed at Maharaja Hari Singh Tube well feeding to CPS Gujjar Nagar by way of disconnecting of incoming as well as outgoing electrical connections and making of bypass arrangement for smooth functioning of the tube well. Then opening of lid of the AVR. Extracting and dismantling of all the damaged / burnt parts such as carbon brushes, electronic circuit’s plates and servo motors of equipment with the help of tools and tackles. Then providing and fitting of new electronic digital plates-02 No, carbon brushes -12 No. and servo motors (A C synchronous Motor) -02 No. of same capacity and specification in place of damaged ones. The job further includes selector switch - 02 No. Then repairs and replacement to the internal control wiring. Assembling of automatic voltage regulator assembly with the container with new fasteners. Then drain out of T-oil and de-moisturizing of old drained out oil by heating to the optimum temperature, cleaning and servicing of the transformer oil and filling the oil in the voltage regulator container. Topping up of transformer oil 140 ltrs. up to the required level. Remaking of the entire all the electrical connections and testing the automatic voltage regulator on full load conditions. The job includes cost of material, labour and carriage charges. Complete Job. |
