12Supply and fix in repairs 20 mm dia PTMT ball Valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for Iron pipe or brass ferrule including taking down the existing valve complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Taking down of old bituminous tarfelt or any other type of roof treatment from roof/ concrete surfaces removal to distance exceeding 250 metres and not exceeding 500 metres from the site and cleaning of the roof surface with wire brush to make it free from dust, dirt etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided in roof padding concrete including removing debris beyond the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer"s instructionswater proofingas in levelling course, haunching, coping and similar works over RCC roof surface and RCC over head tank top surface including rounded or chamferred on edges and formwork etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for making the grooves to "V" section in existing parapet walls/columns over RCC roofs, cleaning out and tacked the polymeric membrane in to the grooves and sealed solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in the ratio of 1:1 by weight etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on roof surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 duly mixing with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement and finished even and smooth complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately under relevant item in this schedule
18Material and labour for application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square metre after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square metre and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square metre) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces with the over laps of 10 centimetres APP, membrane grit finish on roof slab all as per manufacturer"s instructions and zonal specification etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Material and labour for filling cracks with polymer based chemical (Dr fixit cracks shrink free ) for cracks not exc 10 mm in width as per manufacturer instruction on wall surfaces on concrete or masonary including scaffolding etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
21Supply and fix 110mm bore PVC rain waterpipe single socketed(ISI Marked) any length with rubber ring joints , complete fittings etc fixed to wall fixed with MS clamps 8mm dia with two nuts wall nails etccomplete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
22All as per item No.21 above, but except pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
23Dismantling mangalore pattern roofing tiles single layer including ridge tiles laid, bedded in cement mortar etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
24Dismantling battens for tiles any size exceeding 15cm in spacing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
25Dismantling of CGI/PGI sheet roofing any gauge and any thickness including ridge, valley gutter etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
26Supply and fix 0.63mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting in stepped flashings (measured as the minimum rectangle from which the pieces can be cut) as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
27Material and labour for roof tiles, Mangalore pattern, interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
28All as per item No 27 abovebut except tiles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
29Material and labour for ridge or hip tiles to suit Mangalore pattern of roofing tiles, bedded and jointed in lime mortar 1:3 or cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
30Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, coping, roof kerbs, bandsetc including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Supply and fix mild steel rolled sections of Fe 410-W (GDE E-250) QUALITY “A” frame work as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
32Supply and fix Roof strusses (framed) andconnecting plates, etc., ( cut to ordinary lenghts i.e within 20mm of the length indicated of Fe 410-W ( Gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
33Supply and fix Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
34Supply and fix Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched(ordinary and counter sunk)forming holes, without anyattachment etc.Roof strusses (framed) andconnecting plates, etc.,including necessary precautionary measures as in supports etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
35Supply and fix Mild steel bolts purpose made with hexagonal orforming holes, without anyattachment dia of neck exc 20mm not exc 25mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
36Supply and fix Mangalore tile pattern pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised based Corrugaed steel sheet 0.50mm thick, AZ-150 of approved colourand mangalore pattern having tensile strength of 550 Mpa asroof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping(SD) screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating galvanised based plain/profiled steel sheet 0.50mm thick, AZ-150 of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as ridge, gutters fixed with self tapping(SD) screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
38Supply and fix 1mm thick plane galvanised, mild steel sheeting in ridges hips, valley gutters, drip etc weldedor soldered joints with grade of zinc coating 275and including neccessry arangement for leakage proof drop in to rain water pipes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39Material and labour for applying new wood surface two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of prink primer on wood or wood based material over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of new wood surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
40Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
41Supply and fix E-Grid suspended false ceiling grid system of size 600 x 600mm with main runner 39x29.7x0.60mm cross tee 29x24.7x0.60mm and wall angle 22.2x22.2x0.50mm ceiling suspended with 2 to 2.5 mm dia GI wire hanger fixed to purlin / truss etc complete (Main runner, cross tee, wall angle of MS galvanised with PPCGS) over the grid providing 4mm thick HPSC pre primed self designer texture non asbestos fibre cement building board fixed to frames etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
42Material and labour for Providing and fixing 10mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface / curved over 2nd class soft wood fillets, or metal frame work and reinforced with G.I. wire mesh (Fillets, metal frame work and G.I. wire mesh paid separately) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
43Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar with all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles including disposal of the rubbish out off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
44Material and labour for brick work with flyash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.0 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
45Material and labour for walling of squared rubble masonry regular coursed, Secunderabadand Bangalore types, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
46All as per item No.45 abovebut except stones complete all as specified and directed. Note- Serviceable stones obtained vide demolition item above shall be reused after removing mortar and cleaning with water complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

53Material and labour for preparing the old plastered or unplastereddecorated surfaces of walls and applying twocoats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
54Material and labour for preparation of newplastered surfaces on walls, chajjas,filling of hair line cracks with white cement and applying two coats of apex ultima weather proof paint over a coat of apex ultimaprimer including preparation of surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
55Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment onwall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (oil emulsion) over a coat of primerover a coat of 3mm thick wall care wall putty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
56Material and labour for complete removal of the existing surfaces of walls/bands/slabs up to any height and applying two coats of weather proof paint of any colour (Apex Ultima) over a coat of smooth external putty finish complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
57Dismantling floor hearth or wall tilingincluding cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
58Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as floors, sub-floors etc and finishing surfaces of concrete topping as even & fair or even & rough to receive the topping layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
59Material and labour for 600 mm x 600 mm vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade)10 mm thick polishedin floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
60Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles (light shade) 10 mm thick polished(square/ rectangular) on vertical surfaces as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry/paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
61Material and labour for applying over RCC roofs / Mangalore tile roofs etc using ShaliCryl LM diluted by addition of clean water in the ration 1:1 and apply @ 8-10 sqm per litre using brush, squeeze, roller or airless spray @ 1.5 Ltr per sqm in three coats at the interval of 6 to 8 hrs per coat including cleaning the surface areas throughly so that they are free of all contaminants like dirt and laitance & to remove all the loose materials by various mechanical means. removal of all serface imperfections, protrusions, loose concrete & filling of cracks using ShaliCrete Polymer Modified Mortar in the ratio ShaliCrete : Cement : sand (1:2:5) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
62Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
