3Note : Componets spares as required during servicing shall be measured and paid separeately under relevant item as supply only.
4Quarterly checking ofDieselEngine driven fire pump, Jockey pumps & Electrical driven main fire pump Including servicing and greasing , overhauling, tightening of nut, bolts and other spares as required shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. Consumable required for Diesel engine driven fire pump such as Diesel, coolant, lubricants and spares shall be measured and paid separately or provided by Department. Maintain and ensure for pump and Engine in proper working condition and ready for operation and including preparation of service report and maintaing log book.
5Quarterly checking ofPre charged Air vesselincluding servicing, greasing, overhauling, tightening of nut boltsand other spares as required shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. Maintain and ensure for proper working condition and ready for operation and including. Preparing of service report and maintaining log book.
6M&L for Quarterly Maintenance, check up as specified here-in after in notes and of log book and periodic report ofFire alarm system internal system along with servicing of complete system including components such as detectors, Panels, Manual call box, Hooters, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
7NOTE : Components/ spares as required for servicing shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.
8Checking of pressure gauge &level indicator and replacing faulty PG with isolation ball valve .
9Quarterly checkinghydrants, Sprinkler, piping including servicing greasing , overhauling, tightening of nut bolts and other spares, as required shall be inclusive in the quoted rate. Maintain and ensure for proper working condition and ready for operation and including preparing of service report and maintaining log book.
10Quarterly checking, oiling, greasing (if required) including necessary labour charges.
11Quarterly checking, oiling, greasing ( if required) replacing Gate valves, butterfly valves, NRV, Check Valves, expansion bellows, spring-loaded valves , control valves,forged brassball valve test assemblies etc ( of all dia.)including necessary labour charges.
12Quarterly checking, oiling, greasing ( if required) of fire hydrant landing valve
13Quarterly checking, cleaning and servicing of Hose reel drum for smooth functioning.

16Supply,install, testing and commissioning of Fire installation graphics software (Hochiki) for smoke detector -687 Nos., MCP -18 Nos, Hooter -18 Nos, Fault Isolator unit - 22 Nos, UL/EN 54 listed strobe-06 Nos, UL listed hooter with two frequencies of 700 Htz & 1200 Htz -18 Nos, Fire alarm control panel (6 loop) - 01 No & Fire alarm system with piezo sound - 1 No (Make : Hochiki) including providing necessary drawings and check list as per OEM"s specifications complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charges at site.

23S&Fin repairs63 mm dia 15 metre long Reinforced Rubber Lined ( RRL ) Type " A " ISI marked ( IS - 636 ) , woven jacketed hose pipe tested to bursting pressure 32 Kg / Sqcm with and including gun metal male & female instantaneous type coupling approved by fire authority , ISI marked ( IS : 903 ) , machine wound with Gl wire andpipe complete in all respects , all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
