Name of Work: Periodical services to certain bldgs in Offrs FAFA Md accn and MT line in the area of AGE B/R-II under GE (West) Delhi Cantt-10.
Sl. No. Item Description
1M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated external wall sufaces of bldg by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and directed. Notes for Item no. 01 to 27 : 1. Complete work will be executed in multy storey buildings up to Eight storey height. 2. Rates included for any necessary services for ease of work in multistorey bldgs like mechanical tools, mechanical suspended platform, jhulla, Scaffolding for plastering, painting works. 3. During the execution of work, In case of any damages such asthe GAS PIPE LINE or water supply pipe, cable/LAN Cableetc., the contractor will have to got it repaired/replaced at his own cost and nothing will be paid extra on account and all these items will be removed/repaired by contractor at their own cost. 4. All the demolished bldg material will be removed outside MOD land by the contractor at his own expenses. The rate of removal is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted. 5. The cleaning of glass panes and flooring to be done by the contractor after carrying out painting work and and nothing will be paid extra on this account. 6.The contractor shall provide all safety equipments as per IS standards to labours.
2M&L for preparation of external wall surfaces, filling in wall care putty in potholes existing or created, and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty and again sand papering thus making surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for applying priming coat of exterior wall primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for applyingtwo coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion(Weather coat) paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over primed old decorated wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
5M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in ready mix mortar on walls as whole or in patch on any faces of brick/concrete finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and taking down old plastering complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for 5 mm thick rendering in ready mix mortar on ceiling as whole or in patch on any faces of brick/concrete finished even and fair without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding and taking down old plastering complete all as specified and directed.
7M&L for preparation of newsurfaces of walland applying twocoats of Oil bound distemper with roller completeover and including a coat of wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) all as specified and as directed.
8M&L for preparation of newsurfaces of ceiling and applying twocoats of Oil bound distemper with roller completeover and including a coat of wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) all as specified and as directed.
9M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walland applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint with roller over and including a coat of wall care putty (minimum thickness 1 mm) completeall as specified and as directed.
10M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walland applying two coats of cement based paint over and including a coat of primer completeall as specified and as directed.
11M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated internal wall/ceiling sufaces of bldg by mechanised sander of Berger paints or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible complete all as specified and directed.
12M&L for preparation of internal wall/ceiling surfaces filling in wall care putty in potholes existing or created, and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty and again sand papering thus making surface smooth complete all as specified and directed.
13M&L for applying priming coat over old internal wall/ceiling surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
14M&L for applying two coats Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer"s specification complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for removing old paint by paint removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
16M&L for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on the wooden sufaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.
17M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
18M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint of required shade complete all as specified and directed.
19M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.
20M & L forpreparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including filling depressions/chipping or minor repairs with putty and applyingone coat of Oil Bound Distemper including cleaning of OBD stains on floor/window/joinery surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
21M&L for preparation of old surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of Oil bound distemper with roller completeall as specified and as directed.
22M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
23M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed .
24S & F in repair stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed with tinned tack or stainless steel wire staples including wooden beading complete all as specified and directed .
25S & F 4 mm thick ordinary sheet glass fixed with clips and puttyor with aluminium snap beadingincluding hacking out old glass complete all as specified and directed.
26Removal of Vegetation from wall and roof by cutting shrubs, wild growth/tree not exc 30cm girth and removing complete vegetation growth from walls including taking out roots from roof/brick walls and making good the disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 or CM 1:3 as directed by Engr-in-charge and disposing the rubbish from site (MoD land) for upto double storey block complete all as specified and directed
27M&L for Writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high complete all as specified and directed
