Connections On Existing 250 / 400 Kva Transformer And Dismantling Of Transformer By Hydra From Existing Damaged Plinth With Safe Carriage Along With Loading Unloading And Propoer Stocking. 2 Reparing Of Damaged Transformer Pilnth As Per Required At Site To Maintain The Height Of Plinth 1.5 Mtr With First Class Bricks, Cement, Coarse Sand And Brick Ballast, Filling Of Sand In The Hallow Space, Plastering Of Surface In The Ratio 1:2:6 & Top Of The Plinth For Thickness Concealing ( All The Material, Labour And T&P Will Be Provided By The Contractor ) 3 Placement Of250 / 400 Kva T / F By Hydra On Newly Repaired T / Fs Plinth With Installation And Commissioning Of T / F. Pipe 1.5” Dia From Ground Up To The Water Level ( Minimum 20 Mtr. Deep ) With A Solid Cone At The Lower End Of G.I. Pipe. Connecting And Bringing Out Contineous G.I. Strip Size 32X6 Mm. From The Cone To The Ground Surface Where It Will Be Connected With G.I. Pipe Clamp From Which Transformer Neutral & Body Connection Being Done By G.I. Strip As Per Respo Norms . ( All The Material, Labour And T&P Will Be Provided By The Contractor ) 5 Fabrications, Erection, Fixing & Grouting Of Wiremesh Fencing Of Size 4 Mtr X 3 Mtr X 2 Mtr ( Lxbxh ) Around Transformer And L.T. Distribution Pillar Box With Retaining Wall & 01 Nos. Gate With Locking Arrangement Made Of Ms Angle Iron Of Size 50X50x6 Mm Jointed With Nuts And Bolts. 1	Opening of H.V./L.V. connections on existing 250/400 KVA Transformer and Dismantling of Transformer by hydra from existing damaged Plinth with Safe Carriage along with loading unloading and propoer stocking.
2	Reparing of damaged Transformer Pilnth as per required at site to maintain the height of plinth 1.5 mtr with first class bricks, cement, coarse sand and brick ballast, filling of sand in the hallow space, plastering of surface in the ratio 1:2:6 & top of the plinth for thickness concealing (All the material, labour and T&P will be provided by the contractor)
3	Placement of250/400 KVA T/F by hydra on newly repaired T/Fs Plinth with installation and commissioning of T/F. All the jumpering & connection with the system are included in the scope of work.
4	Earthing of Neutral of Transformer & Transformer body by way of boring and lowering of ‘B’ class G.I. Pipe 1.5” dia from ground up to the water level (Minimum 20 Mtr. Deep) with a solid cone at the lower end of G.I. pipe. Connecting and bringing out contineous G.I. Strip size 32X6 mm. from the cone to the ground surface where it will be connected with G.I. pipe clamp from which Transformer neutral & Body connection being done by G.I. Strip as per RESPO norms . (All the material, labour and T&P will be provided by the contractor)
5	Fabrications, Erection, Fixing & grouting of Wiremesh fencing of size 4 mtr x 3 mtr x 2 mtr (LxBxH) around Transformer and L.T. Distribution Pillar Box with retaining wall & 01 nos. gate with locking arrangement made of MS Angle Iron of size 50x50x6 mm jointed with nuts and bolts. MS Flat of size 50×6mm and wiremesh of size 10 swg rectangle type and its painting as per RESPO norms. (All the material, labour and T&P will be provided by the contractor)
