26Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gm/litre, of approved manufacture and of required shade and colour all complete to achieve even shade and colour : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC less than 50 gm/ litre
27Dismantling steel work manually / by mechanical meansin built up sections without dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
28Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :Two or more coats on old work
29Providing Glass pieces on 12 mm bed of Cement Mortar 1:6 ( 1 Cement : 6 fine sand) over 34 mm wide coping, minimum size of glass pieces not less than 50 mm and minimum number of glass pieces in 01 meter length not less than 100
30Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied 0.90 ltr /10 sqm)
31Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture
32Credit for old dismantled Mild steel etc.
33Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by the Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 metre initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
