| 3 | Dismantling of all the radiators by opening all nuts and bolts with the help of crane/hydra, manpower and other T&P etc. |
| 4 | Replacement of defectiveButterfly valves along with supply and fixing of butterfly valve and suitable gasket with the help ofmanpower andT&P etc. including tightening of nut & bolts for completion of job. |
| 5 | Re-fixing of all the radiators of 40 MVA transformer after replacement of valves with help of crane/hydra, manpower and T&P etc. |
| 6 | Replacement of gasket of OLTC chamber on top cover of T/F by Cleaning of surface ofOLTC chamberand , making proper size of gasket & replace with new gaskets (SRBC) with help of manpower, materials and other T&P. |
| 7 | Replacement of gasket of inspection windows , inspection covers (500mmX 500mm)-12 no., air release plug-2 no, WTI/OTI- 2 no.,conservator tank glass window-2 no, bucholz valve -3 no, drain valve-5 no, & bushing gaskets-5 by taking all precautions, Cleaning of surface of all gasket replacing area , making proper size of gasket & replace it with help of manpower, material and other associatesd work for completion of job. |
| 8 | Replacement of gasket of HV side bushing ( top & bottom portion ) of R,Y& B phase including turret CT. |
| 9 | Opening and fixing of all HV and LV side jumpers & HV and LV side neutral bushing . |
| 10 | Vacuum pulling in transformer main tank body for 24 Hours keeping radiators and conservator isolated with the help of manpower, vacuum pump ad other T&P. |
| 11 | Filling of transformer oilinto transformer from oil drum / tanks. |
| 12 | Centrifuging of old transformer oil with high vaccum filtration centrifuging machine and recording results hourly till the desired values are attained. Centrifusing machine shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost . |
| 13 | Conducting BDV,PPM and DGA , tan delta test of transformer oil of 40 MVA T/F-I , job includes sample collection of T/F oil in suitable container in its transportable to NABL certified Lab & submitting its test report. |
