(Meggar will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.). Retanking ofcomplete assembly into painted tank andProper tightening of the assembly in the tank safely by using nut bolts and spring washer of good quality, Fitting of all accessories ofthe transformer including fixing of pressure release valve/bend pipe forfixing of silica gel breather and filling of oil in transformer after check of BDV as per norms. (Bend Pipe wiil be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.). Tightening of top cover plate of repaired Transformer by using nut, bolts with proper gasket sheet. Punching of unique no. on MS plate 100x50x3 mm. size & Welding of MS Plate on Transformer Body containing following information:- Uniqe Number, Capacity (MS Plate & Punching Machine shall be provided by cotractor). |
