Repairs To Path, Kerbs, Painting And Certain Misc B / R Works Related To Cgp In Domestic Area At Afa Hyderabad-- 1 Dismantling cement concrte/Interlocking tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar, of any position or thickness in floor, aprons, complete all as specified and directed. 2 Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 3 Removal of debris (aggreates of any description) obtained from demolition including loading and unloading to a distance not less than 5 KM from the starting piont and deposited where directed etc, complete all as specified and as directed. 4 M&L for hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm of broken stone boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. 5 M&L for 75 mm thick type D-2 PCC 1:4:8,(40 mm graded agg) for sub base of floorall as directed. 6 M&L Colour Chequired cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick with grey cement and pigment set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry colour to match in floors all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for layingof floor finish complete all as specified and as directed. 8 M&Lmachine pressed precast concrete with grey cement and pigmentinterlocking paverblock anyshapeand size confirming to IS-15658- 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 grade with gray cement all as directed. 9 M&L 50 mm thick sand filling under floors of interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed. 10 Material and labour type B1 PCC 1:2:4(using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching, Kerbs (including necessary form work as per site requirements), etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge 11 M/L PCC 1:2:4, type B2 (40 mm graded agg) for100 mm thick path/ flooring without using extra cement all as directed. 12 M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (40 mm graded agg ) for plinth protection 75 mm thick, finished without using extra cement all as directed. 13 M&L for Forming construction (dummy) joints 65 mmx10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A. all as specified and directed. 14 M&L for preparing old chequred / interlocking path surfaces and applying one coat of Weather Coat Floor Protector/ apex floor guard is a pure acrylic water based emulsion for exterior or equivalent, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 M & L Preparation of old painted surfaces on concrete surfaces plain or moulded, of any description in floors, or vertical surfaces etc not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint ) etc, complete all as specified and directed. 16 Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, in roof coverings. complete all as specified and as directed. 17 Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed. 18 S&FRoof trusses ( framed ) trussed , purlins ,post , crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam,tee, angle, channel or flat sections ) including distance pieces ,cleats etcconforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and directed. 19 S&F Rolled mild steel in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165,complete all as specified and directed. 20 S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,exc. 10 cm but not exc. 15 cm long, and diameter of neck in 12 mm,complete all as specified and directed. 21 M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling in mass conceret etc all as specified and as directed. 22 S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated sheet 0.50mm thick of an colur having tensle strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 23 S&F Pre painted galuvalume aluminium zink coating GI based plain sheet 0.50mm thick of an colur having tensle strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed. 24 Material and labour for preparation and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxideprimer on newly treated steel surfaces of any description, etc complete all as specified and as directed.. 25 Demolition of brick work or stone/boulders, pcc block masonry built in Cement Mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as directed. 26 Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as directed. 27 M & L forPlain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete. all as directed. 28 M & L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks, Type C11:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, completeall as directed. 29 M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 but except bricks (serviceable bricks obtained out of dismantling shall be made use of). 30 M&L for plastering inexternal wall surfaces of 15mm thick in CM 1:4on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- charge. 31 M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of external walls and applying two coats cement base paint over a coat ofcement primer complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
