| 1 | EPCC Package for SRT VI LIQUID CRACKING FURNACE (Heater Package) for Naphtha Cracker Expansion (Phase II) And New Ethylene Propylene Derivative Project at Panipat Refinery Petrochemical Complex of M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited on LSTK basis with Single Point Responsibilty including but not limited to the following activities of works: • Residual design & Engineering, detail engineering, 3D Modelling, HAZOP / SIL study, CFD modelling of Hot Air ducting, preparation & submission of engineering drawings and related documentation including as built documentation as per provision of Bidding Document.• Supply of all equipments such as Transfer Line Exchanger (TLE), Radiant coils, Pressure parts, Burners, Blowers, Steam Drums, De-superheaters, Analysers, other equipments and materials as per licensor package, all electricals and instrumentation materials including bulk materials like piping, valves, fittings, flanges, material handling equipments, cables, lighting & earthing material, insrument cables, trays & duscts, junction boxes, steelwork / refractory / insulation / painting - procurement services, shop fabrication / modularization, third party inspection, expediting, project management, planning, scheduling, monitoring, transportation, all loading and unloading; payable in the Contractor’s country; insurance in Contractor’s scope; all type of freights including ocean freight through air freight and inland freight; custom clearance, all type of handling including port handling, stevedoring, handling at worksite etc.; supply of start-up / pre-commissioning / commissioning / mandatory spares; providing all supervisory personnel, tradesman, skilled / unskilled labour; providing all services and completing the work in all respects as per provision of Bidding Document.• Construction / Erection including modullarization - loading of the materials at Contractor’s warehouse ; transportation of the materials from Contractor’s workshop / Store to erection site; assembly / sub-assembly of the equipment, erection, installation, testing, Inspection; pre-commissioning / commissioning including approval from statutory body such as IBR, factory inspectorate etc; all disciplines of work as per Tender requirements such as structural, civil, mechanical, piping, electrical, instrumentation, insulation, painting; supply of all accessories and materials for erection / testing; supply of all consumables; providing all construction plants, equipment, special tools; providing supervisory personnel, tradesman skilled / unskilled labour; insurance in Contractor’s scope; completing all works in all respects as per provisions of Bidding Document.• Completion of all works in all respects as per provisions of the Bidding Document and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge |
