(d)fixing the additional reinforcement bars where the steel bars are rusted if reqd.. (f) Sand blasting the surface to remove the rust from the existing reinforcement if required. (g)Fixing of PVC nipple for grouting at honeycombed surface as per site condition if required. (h)Fixing of3" x3"x10G welded wire mesh to the entire surface. (j) Applying of 50mm thick average guniting with CM 1:3.5 (1 cement : 3.5 course) sand with mixing of water proofingepoxy compound. (k) Grouting the nipples with non shrinkage compound. (l) Curing the gunited surface for 7 days and removing all the scaffolding etc complete. |
