| 1 | Supplying sacrificial Aluminium H110 Anode for sheet piles with size and chemical composition as per the attached drawing and specification. Rate is inclusive of cost of material, transportation & other incidentals etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | Fixing of sacrificial Aluminium H110 Anodes at depths varying from 1.00m to 5.00m from chart datum fixed on sheet piles using SS bolts at quay-1, quay-2, quay-3 and dock entrances along the quay sideof CSL. Prior to the fixing of anodes, the existing position of the anode on the sheet pile shall be throughly cleaned of silt, payal & shells. The damaged bolts & washers shall be removed and replaced with new bolts if required. The worn out pieces of anode shall be taken out and shall be disposed at designated location as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate quoted should be inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire for tools, plants &equipments, transportation of anode from store to site, all other incidentals etc. complete. all as instructed by the Engineer- in- charge. (Rate for new bolts & washers shall be paid separately). |
| 3 | Supplying SS 316 Bolts & washers of following diameters having length varying from 50mm to 55mm as per the site requirement in place of damaged bolts. Rate is inclusive of cost of material, transportation & other incidentals etc. complete all as instructed by the Engineer-in-Charge. |
