4Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls,walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses,parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering,shuttering and finishing :1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
5Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers
6Providing and fixing Green colour pre-coated galvanised iron profile sheets (size,shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required
7Providing and fixing precoated galvanised steel sheet roofing accessories 0.50 mm (+0.05 %) total coated thickness, Zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns using self drilling/ self tapping screws complete :ridges plain (500 - 600mm)
8Providing and fixing radial exhaust turbo ventillators/extractor capacity of minimum 100cuft per minute air circulated fan of 22" throat dia weight of 5.5kg having throat dia wind ventillator with FRP base plate, including cost of fixing turbo/wind ventillator on new 0.50mm thick pre-coated GI profile sheet roofing on godown roof lincluding the cost of transportation of all materials tools and plants, fixtures & fastenings. Labour, insurance, safety measures etc and as directed by the Engineer in charge including guarantee of turbo ventillators of minimum 03 years and performance warranty etc complete.
9Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One or more coats on old work.
10Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x 6 mm flat iron section.
11Providing 250mm PVC rain water eave gutter withworking pressure 4 kg/sq cm as per standard design and manufacture with bolts, nut washers etc. including providing necessary spouts/ shoes etc. (Cost of iron clamps, bracketsand other fittings will be paid separately)
12Providing flatiron brackets 50x6mm size with necessary bolts, nuts ,washers and welding etc.for fixing PVC eave gutter with purlins
13Providing 250 mm PVC drop having 160mm outletor nearest size as per manufacturers specification to suit the eave gutter etc.complete
14Providing160 mm PVC Elbowas per manufacturers specification to suit the drop over theeave gutter etc.complete
15Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down guage),finishing with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand as per standard design: In 75X75 mm deep chase
16Reparing/Servicing rolling shutters such as removal of top covers tightening/ loosening the springs adjusting the dislocation of parts if any and applying grease to the springs side guides ( 0.40 kg greese/ shutter) after cleaning and refixing the cover in position etc as directed by engineer in charge.
17Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: Float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.
18Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 4.0 mm thickness (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)
19Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete
20White washing with lime to give an even shade : Old work (two or more coats)
21Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes
22Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
23Deduct cost of salvagable materials received from the work of dismantling work on as is where is condition includingremoving from the site - AC sheet
24Deduct for Salvage value of dismantled PVC rain water pipes of 250mm Dia as is whereis basis.
25Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
26Taking out wind ties from roof including cutting out rusted bolts, nuts etc. and removing materials to any distance within compound and stacking.
27Deduct for Salvage value of dismantled materials of GI J bolts & MS Flats of wind ties as is whereis basis.
