| 10 | Providing and fixing in roof with necessary self tapping screws sandwich panels, total thickness 50 mm, Density of polyurethene foam Density 40±2 Kg/cum having properties closed cell content not less than 90%, compressive strength 100-210 kpa, tensile strength 150-250 kpa, fire property B3 as per DIN 4102, K value (thermal conductivity of PU) - 0.019 W/mk, U value 0.380 W/m2 oc, water absorption of the foam not more than 1.0% of volume, top skin of sandwich panels shall be 0.47(TCT) prepainted Galvalume of AZ 150, (minimum yield strength 345 MPa) bottom or internal skin of sandwich panels shall be 0.40 mm thick, conforming to AZ 70.The top and bottom skin shall be of JSW/TATA/Bhushan /LLoyd\"s make and polyurethane foam shall be of BASF/Bayer. The sandwich panel shall conform to DIN 4162 standards and flame rate as per ASTM E 084 of class B3 as minimum. The external colour shall have solar reflection index value more than 65. |
