Removing all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system, upward-downward/in-out movement of HT VCB trolley,etc including opening the VCB trolly & checking the quality of insulating material,vaccum system complete. Replace defective parts, fixed/ moving contacts and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing withAP-3 grease and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT paneland make the VCB functional to the entire satisfaction ofand as directed bytheEngineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The VCBs are installed at CPH, Tech area, 33 SU Site 1A & SITE 1B and VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc.
4Material & labour for Repair and maitainanceof33 KV VCB outdoor typecomplete including the following (a) 33KV HT VCB of 1250 Amp ratingHT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removing all mechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system, remote operation, indication system of HT VCB ,etc complete.Refixingwith faulty part replaced, fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing withAP-3 greaseand reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel &and make the VCB functional to the entire satisfaction ofand as directed bytheEngineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The VCBs are installed at CPH, VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc.
5Material & labour for Repair and maintananceofrelay set (O/C and E/F relays) of any make for 11KV VCB/RMU panel, removing andrefixing (the contacts NO+NC should be cleaned by CTC solution and adjust if electromagnetic) with faulty part replaced and calibrate the relays by relay testing kit & proper setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Notes :- (i) Testing shall be carried out by primary and secondry injection kit. (ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under supply only. (iii) The tripping system should be in accordance with the incomer of the affected feeder and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the particular feeder due to overload, 3 phase fault, earth fault etc. (iv) The VCBs/RMUs are installed at CPH, Tech area, 33 SU Site 1A & SITE 1B and VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom,Schneider, Ashida, Siemens,L&T, C&Sor any other of relays available on the site.
6Material & labour for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, EACH WAYof RMU 400/630/800 Amp rating from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possiblemechanical/electrical/control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system,indication system, includingchecking the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replacedblowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling theincluding motorised operation andconnection to HT panel & filling of gas (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfactionand as directed bytheEngineer-in-charge. Notes :- (i) The RMUs are installed at CPH, Tech area, 33 SU Site 1A & SITE 1B and VCBs are of different type of makes installed at site like Crompton Greaves, Alstom, Areva, Schneider,Siemens,C&S, etc. (ii) Spare parts if replaced & if Gas filled shall be measured and paid separately under supply only items.
7Supply only SF6 gas suitable for HT33/11 KV RMU/VCB complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
8Supply only trip/closing coil suitable for HT, VCB/RMU, operating on 24/110 volt system and testingcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
9Supply only DC contactor operated on 110 / 24 volt system suitable for working of HTVCB/RMU complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
10Supply only Motor cut off limit switch sutable for HT 11 KV VCB/RMU complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
11Supply only Push Button element with one NO / NCcomplete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.
12Supply onlySpring charging handle suitable of VCB/RMUcharging as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

17HT 33KVA OUTDOOR TYPE CT & PT Material & Labour for removal of bushing & terminalsandcleaning CT/PT33 KVby CTC solution on its insulators and teeths and checking the leakage if any from the CT and refixing the same after replacing the defective/faulty parts and checking the oil level and oil dielectric strength (BD test) and proper connection checking/tightening of control wiringand testing with the following :- (i) Meggar testing between phase to phase & phase to earth. (ii)Testing the terminal connection and its working for the calibration and tripping of the relay for the protection of HT 33KV line. Make it functional to the entire satisfaction of and as directed by Enginer-in-charge
18Supply & fixing in replacement indication lamp (LED type) Red or Yellow or Green colour suitable for 110 volts AC / 110 volt DC / 30 volts DC (as required at site) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
19Supply and fix in replacement of Power Pack for 11 KV VCB/RMU suitable for incoming supply 220/110 volts and output 110/24 volts DC supply all as per existing with wiring complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The contractor has to visit the site to check the existing system of 11 KV VCB/RMU for installation of power pack unit.
20Testing/Servicing ofTransfromer 33/11 KV, up to 5 MVACleaing of power transformer 33/11 KV, outdoor type externally included all accessories (such as conservator tank, marshaling box, bushings, bucholz relay radiator, bushing,oil level indicator ) complete and checking the incoming and outgoing termianl connection complete with the following testing.(i) Transformer oil dielectric strength (BD voltage) test (ii)Buccholz realy alarm and trip testing(iii) Oil temperator alarm & trip testing (iv)winding tempreture alarm & trip testing(v) Meggar testing between HV to earth (vi) Meggar testing betweeen LV to earth)(vii)meggar testing between HV to LV(viii) earth resistenace test of transformer neutral.(ix)earth resistencetest for body earthing

26Suply only Silica gel complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge
27Material, labour & T&P for Preparationofoldpaintedironsurfacesofthetransformeruptocapacity 630KVA, by cleaning/scrapping completely after that applyingtwocoatsofsyntheticenamelledpaintoveracoatofprimer on the transformer as per MES colourcompleteall asdirectedbyEngr - In - Charge. Note : Painting shall be carried out withSpray Gun using compressor.
28Supply & filling of transformer oil insite for toping up the level of oil having dielectric strength between 55-65 KV during filling after initial filtration of any capacity complete all as specified and directed by engineer -in- charge.
29M & L for dehydration /filtration of transformer oil in existing pole mounted/floor mounted transformer/Voltage stabilizerwith the help of dehydration/filtration machine to achieve the dielectric strength of transformer oil not less than 50 KVallas directed by EIC Note:-(i) Dehydration/filtration machinewill be arrange by the contractor and hewill make his own arrangementand to carry the machine at various sub stations including vehicle and towing arrangement.Therate shall be inclusive of all above.
30Dismantling of cross arms / bracing supports / clamps / back platesorany other structural steel sections includingremoving nuts bolts washers etc
31M & L for cross arms, bracing supports, clamps back plates angles fabricated from the structural steel section including bolts, nuts, washers, welding, bending, drilling holes for bolts, bent to any required shape of size as indicated or directed, inclusive of one rimer coat and two coats of aluminium paint after preparation of surfaces.
32Dismantling & taking down, old, defective, weak insulator, any type, any size any shape(pin/shackle /loop ).

37M&L for servicing and greasing of mechanical parts of existing 33/11KV horizontal/vertical type GOD including replacement of partsi.e Male/female contact, jumper ,operating mechanism, GOD rod etc specified and directed by Engr-in charge
38Trimming/cutting the tree branches/ bushes around theHT over head line and making safe clearance up to 4.00 metre distance from line wire/panel all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
39M&L of checking of HT 11/33KV cable of any size by means of HT Cable Fault Locator Machine by requisitionfor removal of HT cable faults complete all as specified and directed
40Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cableof size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
41Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 33 KV grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cableof size300 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge. Make : M-Seal/CCI/Siemens/Denson/Birla-3M/Raychems/Y-Denson/ RPG/ Yamuna Gases & Chemicals/Mohindera & Mohindera.
42Supply and fix in repair cable joint kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination Heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium cableof size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
43Supply and fix in repair Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete including digging if required all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
44Supply and fix in repair Cable joining kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with joining material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120sqmm to 185 sqmm complete including digging if required all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.

46Taking out old HT U/S cable of any size and any type as directed by Engr-in-charge.
47Supply and fix in trench/wall / pole XLPE insulated PVC sheated armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 11000 volt grade of sizes95 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.
48Supply and fix in trench/wall / pole XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty HT electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 33000 volt grade of sizes300 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed.
49M&L in replacement of ACSR conductorfor 33KV or 11KV overhead line complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer - in - Charge.
50Surface cleaning/site clearance n exc 15 cm in depthinSub stations area, trenches,sub station rooms, two pole/ four pole structure surroundings to make a over allpresentable condition all as directed by Eng In charge.
51.Supply and lay stone aggregate of size 40mm to 63mm graded layed on ground of yard/ two/four pole structure complete all as specified and directed.
52M&L in repair of Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode, 60x60cmx 3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip of 20x 3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion as per direction of Engr-in charge.

58Material & labour for Repair,Manitenance of11KV HT Capacitor bank outdoor/Indoor type complete including the following (a) Checking the serviceability by Meggaring of each capacitor unit of any capacity.(b) Replace defective parts and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing withAP-3 greaseincluding connection to HT paneland make the capacitor bank functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .
59Material & labour for Repair,Maintenance of11KV HT Potential Transformercomplete including the following (a) Checking the serviceability by Meggaring of each PT unit of any capacity.(b) Replacement of defective parts i.e fuse of any capacity,connection wire etc and blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing withAP-3 greaseincluding connection to HT paneland make the PT functional to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. .
60Supply, installation, testing and calibration of relay 110/24V of Microprocessor based three phase relay system to overcurrent, one earth fault protection type for 11 KV breaker, setting range suitable for over current and earth fault with necessary wiring/fitting including dismantling of old IDMT orunserviceable relays.The setting of the relay should be in accordance with the incomer and setting should be maintained such that fault does not carry beyond the affected feeder in case of Overload,3 phase fault, earth fault etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Thecalibration of relay of Microprocessor based three phase relay system required to carried out at CPH. Make C&S model no. CSENex-I 150 in equivalent Schenider, Siemens. (ii) Thecalibration of relay of Microprocessor based three phase relay system to be carried out by OEM representative.
61Supply and fix in replacement of power factor improvement capacitor oil immersed three phase static 12 KV capacitor with manual control50 KVAR complete will all insulation for terminals as directed by EIC.

70Supply and fix in repairs HT cable mild steel route marker with angle of size 35mmx35mmx5mm and 600 mm long all as specified and as directed. Note :-Earth work and PCC work shall be measured and paid separately.
71Re-stringing and stretching of OH line of ACSR 11 KV rating conductor on 11m height steel tubular pole including pruning of tree branches and cleaning of insulators and aluminium wire within nthe span of 60m for binding all as directed. Note :One RM s\span is measured for one RM span of 3 Nos conductors.
72S&F PVC sleeves (Red/Yellow/Blue) for jumper connections and connector on poles at sub stations complete all as specified and directed.
73Supply and lay in repairs for GI tubing size 80 mm dia light grade laid in trenches/fixed to poles, walls etc as protection of service cable all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make :- Tata/Jindal/Prakash Surya
