| 1 | To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the "MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2009 Part I (Specifications) and MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020 Part II (Rates)and upon the conditions contained in tender documents as may be demanded, and as enumerated in the aforesaid, MES schedule the period of one year from the date mentioned in the acceptance letter at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES Standard Schedule of Rates OR at such other rates as may be fixed under the provisions of Condition 62 of IAFW 2249 (General Conditions of Contracts) 1989 Print with Errata 01 to 20 and Amendments 01 to 49 as applicable. Note:- (i) Tenderer shall refer and select the option "Excess (+) or Less (-)" available at the 15th row and "E" Column of this BOQ to quote the percentage above/below MES Standard Schedule of Rates 2020. (ii) Tenderer shall insert percentage rate at the 15th row at the "F" Column of this BOQ. (iii) Amount inserted by MES under rate, column and the total amount reflected in this page has been made hidden being irrelevant. Bidder is required to quote percentage after considering all the aspect of Term Contract. The acceptance of contractor"s offer shall be done for quoted percentage rate on MES Standard Schedule of Rates Part-II duly adjusted by percentage quoted by Contractor. |
