2Supply, install, testing & commissioning of outdoor type, welded stainless steel tank with IP-67 protection for SF-6 Tank and IP 54 protection for outdoor enclosure, both Side extensible type compact RMU, (DAS specification compact RMU), 12kV, 630 Amps, 21KA (VCB SF6 enclosed) as per IEC-62271, 4 Way RMU, i.e. 1 incoming+ 1 outgoing 630 A with copper Bus Bar consisting of 02 No’s SF6 insulated Motorized VCB of 11KV, 630Amp with overload and earth fault protection, capacitive voltage indication, Manometer, cable boots for VCB and castle key interlocked and necessary PCC foundation work including providing MS channel and MS angle as per manufacturer recommend along with bottom cable entry and front cable termination of suitable single run 3core 120sqmm HT cable with following specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

14Material and labour of Triple pole, mechanically operated,mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps,GOD of 12 insulator type complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
15Material and labour of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT, 25x20cm size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Design, fabricate, supply, testing and commisioning of CPRI approved factory made LT Panel Board double door, out door type fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet steel for outer body and 3.00mm thick CRCA Sheet for inner partition walls, independent cabinate with cabinate doors for MCCBs, Bus Bars, cable trays, metering equipment,vertical type floor mounted on angle iron frame of ISA 45x45x5mm with minimum height of legs 45 cm, minimum IP-54 protection, comprising of solid aluminium bus bar 4 strips suitable of 400 Amps, suitablily grouted to PCC complete with internal wiring, epoxy powder coated, connections of cable ends with suitable size of aluminium cable lugs with the following accessories all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

31Providingtrenchless bore using using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine bore of pipe size 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing water pipe line upto 200 mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusive of transportation charges of Drilling machine, connected accessories and passing pipe through bore complete with required accessories. 2. Pipe will be measured and paid separately. 3. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

36M&L for chain link MS galvanised fencing including lines wires, dia of chain link n less than 3.5 mm any mesh any size any type to any type strands rails, straining bolts etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
37S&F mild steel screw bolt (mechine made) with hexagonal or square, head, n.exc 5 cm but n.ecx 10 cm dia all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
38M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and includingmild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as directed.
39S&F galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins etc as directed.Note -Each line of horizontal/vertical/diagonal wire to be measured for purpose of payment.
40M&L for laying 20 mm graded stone aggregate & stone dust in substations insuch a way that after removing of unwanted grass from substations and then levelling at zero level and laying of stone dust of 50 mm thick at an initial layer and then laying of 25 mm gaded stone aggregate 100 mm thick over the stone dust. The quoted rate also includes cleaning and levelling and filling of sub station before laying aggregate. The complete work shall be as decided and directed by engr in charge.
41S&F of cable jointing Kit 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for end terminationheat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.
