Tender For Purchased For Following Items- Acrylic Based Chemical Waterproofing Treatment At Cnsg Building At Ecil, Hyderabad Providing and applying shrinkage crack filler of Dr. Fixit Crack X Paste or other equivalent material including opening the loose part of the existing crack, making the same in V-shape in required depth & width, cleaning the groove by removing dust, oil, grass, loose particles etc., press the crack filler into the crack one time only with a spatula or putty knite and level the surface etc. completed all as per manufacturer s specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-In-charge Providing & Applying seamless Acrylic based chemical waterproofing system with minimum 1 mm DFT (dry film thickness excluding Geotextile fiber mesh of 45 GSM), including surface preparation as per general notes, primer coat, Fiber mesh of 80 GSM thermo bonded reinforced matt and multiple layers of chemical coat, removing the existing damaged waterproofing treatment, if any, disposing of debris up-to 2 km from the origin, complete all as per the manufacturer s specifications and as directed by EIC, using any of the following waterproofing systems. Note: Overall waterproofing chemical consumption including primer coating shall be 1.6(+/-5%) litre/sqm over horizontal surface and 1 litre/sqm over vertical surface.
