1Taking down old existing transformer of capacity 500 KVA by arranging shut down, disconnecting electrical connection LT and HT side both carefully and shifting it at MES store as directed.
2Site clearance by dismantling old damaged existing pcc platform by applying power drill, breaking in pieces and removing debris outside defence land as directed.
3Supply , installations, testing, commissioning of energy efficient (level 3) 500KVA, 11/0.433 KV, oil immersed, ONAN cooled 3-Phase step down distribution transformer indoor type suitable for 11 KV, 50 Hz distribution and conforming to IS : 1180 (Part - I) : 2014, including first filling of natural easter vegetable oil, conforming to IS : 16659-2017, having dielectric breakdown strength > 65 KV at 2.5mm gap, CRGO bolt lesst prime grade core, M4 or better directly from reputed manufacturers like Nippon/ Posco/ AK steels ensures high endurance of core HV & LV windings wound from super enamel covered electrolytic grade copper conductor with tapping on the HV winding for variation of HV voltage within range of +5% to -15% in steps of 2.5 %, herematically sealed corrugated tank, HV/ LV cable boxes complete with all standard fittings/ accessories and mounted on existing platform as specified and directed. 5The following standard fittings/ accessories shall be provided along with the transformers ; (i) Non - detachable rating & terminal marking plates (ii) Monogram plate (iii) Lifting lug for main tank & top cover & jacking lugs (iv)Top filter valve (v) Drain cum bottom filter valve (vi) Oil sampling valve (vii) Earthing terminals with lugs : 2 Nos (viii) Storage & instruction plate (ix)Skid type under base (x)Bi-directional plain/ flange rollers (xi)Detachable type radiators with top & bottom shut off valve (xii) WTI & OTI with alarm & trip contact. (xiii) Marshalling box (xiv)Magnetic Oil level gauge low oil level alarm Contact (xv) Buchholz relay Notes : (i) The bidder shall furnish dimensional drawings of the items offered indicating all the fittings, dimensional tolerances, typical GADs of the windings with details of insulation at each point and core construction, etc. for approval. (ii) Contractor shall submit the technical drawing, constructional drawings, safety features drawing etc for approval
6S & F Cross linked poly - ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor,11000 volts class A2XFY 11 KV (Earthed) graded of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm 3 core laid in trenches/ through pipe in road crossings/ paths/ drains/ ducts/ floors/ along poles/ walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. complete supply and fixed/ laid all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : (i) Necessary excavation and earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately.)
7Supply , laying, jointing & testing in trenches or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade, XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured LT electric power under ground cables, heavy duty with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 400 sqmm 3.5 core with all fixing & connecting accessories such as Aluminium cable lugs, cable gland, nut, bolts, washer etc complete as specified and as directed.
8Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm.
9M & L for G.I tubing light grade of size 100mm bore for protection of cables to be laid under roads, crossings/ culverts complete all as specified and directed.
10M & L cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type 1:3:6 C2 (40mm graded aggregate) all as specified and directed.
11Taking downold unserviceable earthing by excavation complete with plate GI pipe funnel earthchamber etc all as specified and directed.
12Taking up underground unserviceable UG cable HT/ LT of any size from existing trench including bricks, etc and removing of materials from work site all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
13M & L for straight through joints (epoxy) heat shrinkable type for UG cable including joint kit and all accessories complete for making joints suitable for LT UG Cable of Aluminium conductor 400 sqmm 3.5 core cable complete all as specified and directed.
14M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 deep below normal ground level and connected to and including galvanized earth lead 32X6 mm strip upto 7.50 metre, by means of GI nuts, botls, check nuts, washers thimbles, etc as shown in electrical plate No. 03 SSR Part I and connection to main switch board or panel and testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any type to soil, returning filling in and removal of surface spoil to a distance not exc 50 metre, PCC chamber (1:2:4) type B-1, charcoal and salt mixed layer 15cm thick all around the earth plate electrode, MS funnel with wire mesh, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering and 40mm bore GI pipe light grade for earth wire protection fixed with poles with two clamps, made from MS flat 25mm X 3mm, bolts, nuts and washers 75mm thick RCC cover 1:2:4 type B-1 with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm C/C on both sides, shall be provided on CI frame etc complete all as specified and directed Note:- GI strip upto 7.5m is deemed included in this item.
15Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding, 1.5metre wide and exceeding 1.5metre but not exceeding 3.0 metre in depth for laying of cable and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Returning, filling in soft/ loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 metres and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supply, laying riddled earth soil for cushioning to cables with a layer of riddle earth soil 15cm deep before laying the cable and 8cm depth after laying of cable, complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured and paid.
19Protection to cable with one layer of PCC covers HVP Type - I of size 300mm X 180mm X 40mm laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the PCC cover is at right angle to the central axis of the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
20Material and labour for fixing of Earth continuity conductor GI strip of size 32 X 6 mm with nut bolts at joints, fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles, equipments or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc, strip fixed on with epoxy insulator of suitable size all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
