Tender For Overhauling Of U7 Main Boiler & Duct--- 1 Replacement/Revisioning of coal nozzle assy complete, (includes all burner equipments-air burners/oil burners/guide pipes/OFA of one corner as a complete corner package) By new one/repaired. 2 Repairing/ servicing of burner tilting lever. 3 Replacement / Servicing ofcoal elbow gate 4 Overhauling (servicing/replacement) OF SADC Dampers (left & right) 5 Cleaning of cc pump overhead tank and servicing of its both fill pumps. 6 Replacement of fuel Inlet elbow (short). 7 Replacement of fuel Inlet elbow (long). 8 Repairing/Reclamation of outer body of old& used worn out repairableCS coal nozzle Castings . 9 Repairing / reclamation of old & used and worn out SS coal nozzle tips 10 Servicing/ Revisioning ofPrimary air/secondary air dampers before / after APH, SCAPH I/O damper and flue gas damper after APH. 11 Maintenance of gates offlue gas inlet to APH, ESP inlet and ESP outlet 12 Local operation of flue gas inlet gate, ESP inlet /Outlet gate. 13 Fabrication offlue gas distribution flap to APH outlet 14 Repairing/ replacement of Eroded Flaps of Flue Gas, Primary and Secondary Air Dampers 15 Repairing/ replacement of ErodedShafts of Bi-Plane Dampers. 16 Cleaning of Aerofoil of Secondary Air duct to Wind Box 17 Repairing of Flue Gas/ Primary/ Secondary air Ducts by providing M.S./ carbon steel plates over eroded portion and welding with suitable electrode. 18 Repairing of metallic expansion joints before/after APH and wind box . 19 Repairing of non metallic expansion jointsbefore and after ESP. 20 Welding of various ducts to arrest leakage of Air/ Flue Gas. 21 Repairing/ replacement of bracing of Flue Gas up to ID fan inlet and Secondary air Ducts from APH outlet to wind box. 22 Servicing of Scanner Air Fan & damper sealing blowers 23 Fabrication and erection of Temporary Structures(for SADC overhauling& other works) of 500 MW Boiler 24 Arresting air ingress from expansion joints by application & installation of fabric in expansion joint of ECO duct. 25 Repairing/replacement of baffle plates of cbd tank if found damaged, by fabricating baffle plates out of ms plates. 26 Repairing/replacement of baffle plates of ibd tank if found damaged, by fabricating baffle plates out of ms plates. 27 Repairing of observation door of boiler 28 Repairing of boiler first pass 52 mtr & 9.5 meter manhole door/ penthouse door
